Their automated phone system is ridiculous. I just wanted to speak to a live human being to ask a simple question about the services they offer but you can't get through to anyone unless you enter your debit card number, but I dont have one since Im not a member. Guess I wont be signing up if I cant even find out about their services

Do not under any circumstances use this branch. I was trying to renew my mortgage AND remove my cosigner but the rates were too high so I told ETHAN JABB I would be contacting a broker to see what else is out there, he agreed that's best. The next day I received a notification from credit karma that RBC ran my credit.. this was done WITHOUT my consent, I demanded an apology and for this to be corrected and was told

Your drive through ATM is out of service , no problem, I try to go inside. Door is locked. What a joke. 2nd branch I tried this evening. Thanks for wasting my time.

Tried calling the branch to speak to my mortgage specialist, and the new automated system sent me somewhere completely different. I hate the new machine I just want to speak to a person. Stop cutting jobs no one likes automation I need a bank with a personal touch or else I’ll leave.

Please do not open any account at this location. I had the worst experience. Nobody knows their job. For one account I had to go 3 times. Each time my account got frozen after using the account for a while because they forgot to take my signatures on documents. I had to wait weeks to get an appointment to unfreeze my account.

Normally this location is great. I went in the morning and while the staff and manager remain lovely, having the tellers step by step open accounts and talk customers through on line bank is wonderful it is very time consuming. Maybe having someone designated in the office for these specific requests would ease traffic.

Consultant could not do math for income, did not ask what type or length of mortgage we were looking for. Assumed we would reup for a 30 year mortgage. Personally was very nice but when looking to put down a nearly million dollar mortgage I want more then nice I want to know I am in capable hands and here this is the last thing I felt.

This branch has told my aging dad that I have committed fraud on him... They have caused hell in my life over the last few months by saying to my dad that I might have taken money out of his account.... The manager is clearly speaking out of turn and he is causing a huge stress and lie to be believed by my aging father.
