I don't normally write reviews but sometimes when you get exceptional service, you have to give credit where credit is due! I called Mills Motors after feeling defeated having already spoken to 2 other mechanics. I happened to connect with service advisor Jeremy - as a female calling about my vehicle it can be demeaning and I was expecting the same attitude I'd gotten with my first calls! That did not happen at all - he was pleasant, courteous, and very patient with answering my questions. He actually listened to my concerns and offered helpful advice without being condescending - what?! Mills Motors you have a great employee in Jeremy - Not often these days do you connect with a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful person but I'm glad he picked up the phone!

Mills has the best service department in Durham region. Don’t go anywhere else! Ed is phenomenal and his service team is the best. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ed, he always goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are happy and their vehicles are well taken care of. The service Ed and his staff provide is unparalleled. He is always thorough and knowledgeable and all communication is prompt, honest and transparent, which I strongly value. They also never hesitate to answer any questions you may have, big or small. Thank you again for the exceptional service and experience as always!

If I could give Mills no stars, I would. It was an absolute horrible experience. They had my husbands car for five months while blaming the insurance as to why it was taking so long. We called every day with barely any updates. We finally go to get the car back from the service department and are billed for a service we did not approve. They proceeded to argue with us and make us pay the bill or they would not release my car. A random lady that works there comes out and tells my husband not to raise his voice.. if you waited 5 months for your car with horrible service then got charged for something you didn’t approve you would be upset as well.She was very rude. The only 1 positive thing I would have to say is John from body shop was great but other than that It was the WORST experience ever and we will never return!

Absolutely brutal service. Made an appointment to see a demo vehicle for 12. Get there at 12, and the GM took the vehicle home for lunch. Was told he'd be back an in hour, so we waited for some reason. Vehicle comes back about an hour and a half later, filthy, footprints on seats, food crumbs, and dirt everywhere. Came back from the test drive, told the sales guy we weren't happy with it. At this point, he started with the salesmen BS of what's wrong with it. You don't need that feature and went on about model year, which was completely wrong. Not impressed in the slightest.

I have been lied to about features supposedly include with 2 new cars I bought. I specifically asked the salesman in both cases that those features were important and was told in both cases they were included. They were not. My first buy was 2009 Buick. It did not have MP3 capability. I had to buy an aftermarket player for my CDs with mp3 s. In between I was wish boned on the driver's side and MIlls was the recommended repair service. They had to put in 2 doors. Front and rear. In less than 1 year the driver side handle fell off. My latest was a 2022 Buick Envision. I asked for a trailering plug and was told it had one. The manual said it had one. Uhaul installed a hitch but could find no trailer plug to connect to. I went back to Mills parts and they tell me that the cable only comes with the installation of their entire hitch. My Buick manual says it comes with a trailer hitch connection but there is nothing there. I contacted Mills and they give me a run around about having to install the entire hitch. I asked they could at least give me a wiring diagram for connecting a cable sold on line which stated it was for a 2022 Buick Envision. The salesman and parts are not responding any more. I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

Great people all around at Mills Motors. The help they provided to purchase my old truck for top dollar, to finding me my new truck with all the options I had hoped for. Brian, Don and the entire staff I dealt with at Mills were top notch!When my new truck arrived there was a small cosmetic issue that had obviously taken place during shipping. They ordered a new part and had it replaced within the first few days of me picking it up. If you’re looking for a new GMC or Buick, I would highly recommend Mills Motors.

This review is long overdue and I hope Cliff Mills reads this. Kyle, who works in the Service Department, is bar none the best customer service oriented professional I have ever dealt with. For over a decade, he has been consistently reliable, helpful, knowledgeable, informative, patient, fair and personable. My whole family deals strictly with Kyle because we feel confident he operates with our best interests in mind, is honest and uses foresight to understand our needs. Practically unheard of in our and many others experience doing business with dealerships. We've come to know him over the years and he is genuinely the only reason I have my vehicles serviced at a dealership. Trust. Thanks Kyle. I have purchased several vehicles from them and been dealing with the service department since I purchased my first vehicle with them.Kyle and the rest of the service team has always gone out of the way to make sure my issues are resolved in a timely manner and that I have been kept informed along the way.I would highly recommend them.
