Good basic grocery store. Owner tries hard to bring on the items we request within the capacity of his store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service.Main tip: DO NOT order online for pick up because:1) Your order will be late (I had to wait 1h15)2) You will be missing items without them necessarily telling you. If you figure out what you're missing by checking your order, you then need to go to the aisles yourself to substitute... Therefore defeating the purpose of online ordering.3) You will be charged TWICE on your card if you pay online... Two weeks later I have still NOT received a refund (I have called 3x, left 2 voicemails and spoke to someone x2 about this).Overall waste of time +++. I do not plan on ever coming back nor recommending shopping here.For more information on my online ordering issues, see Pascal Arnold's review. My compensation was a return of the 4$ packaging fee for online orders... That I need to go pick up myself directly from the owner who is not even there on weekends (the only time I can go). So basically: NOTHING.As for my credit card being charged TWICE... Last week I was told that one of the payments was still pending even if I can clearly see on my statement it had passed... I was told to call back the following week if it was still there (it obviously was). When I was finally able to get through to someone, I was told to call back to speak with a specific person. When I asked if they could pass that person the message to refund me, she said I'll try but she probably won't see it"... Why is it my responsibility for them to do their job correctly??In terms of the employees responses to me

Good service plenty of choice

a bit pricey.. good when they have promotion on products and have them in store. there is also a small cart nearby the checking counter where they sell liquidated products. check that out cos you may get surprised by what you might in there.
