Fairmont Château Lake Louise Spa

The hotel is located on beautiful Lake Louise in a chateau so from that perspective it does not get much better than that. I’ve been lucky to experience travel at other Luxury hotels including other Fairmont properties and Ritz Carltons. Our room was clean and I love the Le Labo product line however the rooms and interior of the hotel are dated and need of an upgrade. The indoor pool and hot tub area left much to be desired. I also found the staff to be less than helpful and not kind. For the cost - there are better options.

The hotel was great amazing room and views. There was construction outside our window and no AC so had to open the windows and listen to the noise we should have been told this when checking in.

My spa treatment was QUITE the experience! The Fairmont staff has the most friendly and warm people - and the deep tissue work I requested for was one by of the BEST I’ve ever experienced! Of course, this was a treat and the price point was high-end, but I would definitely come back here the next time I’m in town. Thank you for your wonderful services!

Great experience here. Front desk was pleasant. Our massage therapists were attentive, calming, and did exactly what we asked for: massages with some pressure. Relaxing with some tension release. The ambiance was wonderful. I even purchased their sheets. They offer them at a 20% discount and free shipping if you purchase on the day of service.Lots of options for hair, beauty, and self-care. Bought some make up for 15% off as well.

I loved the quietness of the place. I walked round the lake photographing breathtaking views. The air feels clean and fresh. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with a view across the lake. I ate at The Fairview restaurant which was delicious and had breakfast in The Louisa. The buffet was ok but I enjoyed more, the dishes from the menu. I sat in The Lounge, which was very relaxing, with tea, looking across the lake. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and taking in the steam room and hot tub. Staff were at all times, courteous, helpful and proactive. It was a wonderful experience. I would go back in a shot. I stayed in April with snow on the ground, and loved it. I would stay any time of the year.

50th Birthday Spa experience that was made even better by Tina who went above and beyond. The spa products are amazing especially the candles especially made for their spa. Will definitely return!

My husband and I had a nice 30 min massage at the spa. It was on the pricey side - $110 per person all in. We treated ourselves so that was good.

The very tall man works at reception doesn't even greet or smile to customers, which makes me feel very unwelcoming. Room is small and the window is quite small as well. The location is superb. Dining experience was great, very nice lake view restaurant and very good service. The building is old but the five star hotel quality was maintained. Overall good experience staying here especially if you want to see the lake louise
