Gideon Plumbing went above my expectations. I know very little about plumbing, but I felt taken care of through the whole experience from the first interaction to the end. The plumber was very efficient, respectful and did an incredible job.I will definitely be using them again. They deserve their top rating.

Had our house bathrooms serviced and replaced our hot water tank. Toby was very friendly and knowledgeable from our first contact on the phone. Appointment was set promptly to check on our items and gave us professional opinions for what to do. Toby was right on time on day of appointment and everything was done very quickly! Very happy with the service and will definitely use this company for our servicing!

Curtis from Gideon plumbing came over for an estimate on installing a laundry sink and upgrading our hot water on demand heater and we decided to get it done. We were so surprise when Curtis told us that he was able to do the job immediately. The job was done professionally and meticulously.We are super happy with their service!

Curtis and Justin from Gideon were great! They were very professional and efficient. On time, very polite, and cleaned up their work area. The unit that they installed looks great! It was seamless. Great value and great job. Thank you! Now we don’t have to fight for hot water in our house!

Wow our hot water tank decided to start leaking Wednesday night I called these guys the next morning and had Amadeus show up to do an estimate for hot water on demand. He showed up what he would be doing and he also said he would start now which shocked us so we hired Gideon to do the job. Amadeus was amazing hard worker. He showed up Friday morning all ready to work about two hours in he hurt himself but said he was fine and would get checked later when the job was done I was like no go get checked and he said once I am done installing your new hot water on demand I will. He started around 9am and was done around 1:45pm. Thanks so much for your hard work Amadeus we really appreciate it. I would give him more than 5 stars he did his job above and beyond always answering our questions and did not mind if we watched for a little great guy. If you need anything done phone Gideon and as for Amadeus you won’t regret it.

Amazing service, called them this morning when my hot water tank broke down. They told me they would be here between 12:30 and 1:30 and they called just after 1pm and quoted me the price and then did all the work and stayed until 6 to finish the work and and kept the price they quoted me.The work was very professional and the worker was amazing and very friendly especially with my dog. Asked my if he couldn’t give him treats before he did and made him do something to get them.Highly recommend any one to use Gideon plumbing.

From the first call I knew that customer service was paramount along with quality work. The dispatcher kept me informed about time to expect the tech. He arrived in good spirits and I felt I could trust him. He explained everything thoroughly and was happy to answer my questions. Ian replaced my NG hot water tank n the same day as the quote. He answered questions about other issues not related to the job he was hired for and when he left I felt very impressed by his service, manners and knowledge!

We called Gideon Plumbing at about 2:00pm on a Friday afternoon after our countertop installer told us that we would need a plumber to finish up the installation that he was called for. We were surprised that our installer didnt tell us ahead of time, otherwise we would have booked a plumber in advance!Anyways, so, we contacted Gideon and they said that they might not have time on Friday, but they would do their best to have us looked at on Saturday.Saturday morning at 10am Audrey the dispatcher calls me to let me know that they haven't forgotten about me and they are hoping that no emergency calls will come in that day so that I can be seen. Kudos to Audrey, super lady. Really appreciated her consideration.Ian the plumber made it to our house at about 3:15pm or so and fixed up our sink in about an hour! We were so pleased that we were able to be fit in on such short notice.Thank you!

Andrej was fantastic! Kind enough to tack on an additional unscheduled job when he finished at my neighbours, he was professional and personable. Good quality work and reasonably priced.
