I have been dealing with Alexander Jewellers for a few years now and have never ever been disappointed. The customer service is above and beyond. I have had Alex design and make me the most outstanding jewelry. I've had earrings made and rings designed and necklaces repaired. I can't recommend this Jewelry store more. Walking into the store you know right away that you are in the right place. You will get nothing but the best quality and service.

I had an engagement ring made with Alexander jewelry. Alex was able to use jewelry we had from my grandmother and turn it into a gorgeous ring for my now fiancé. When I needed to get it resized he expedited the process for me because he knew how special it was to us. Would recommend them to anyone!

Alexander Jewellers is such a great place to go and purchase jewelry. Every time my husband or I have gone there we have gotten such a warm welcome. Alexander and his wife go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and are getting exactly what you want. Both of them are such nice people. My husband got my engagement ring made there and had a great experience, I adore it and we got our wedding bands there which I love! They are always available to answer any questions and we got our rings made pretty quickly. I would recommend them over and over again. I for sure will be a returning customer. :)

Needed batteries and watch strap changed. Since they were old" we were told they could not be fixed. He had no interest in dealing with our little request as we obviously were not there to buy diamond rings

Had an excellent experience with this Jeweller. Alex turned some older jewelry pieces that I had into a beautiful ring I can wear all the time. He was very helpful every step of the way and created a beautiful piece . I highly recommend going to see Alex.
