The gentleman that operates this excellent shop garage. He is honest. He is an absolutely amazing professional in his field. Unlike other shops garages he will not rip you off. He will not take advantage of you either.He is polite he will tell you helpful relevant options as well. He will pH you first w what needs to be done to ask you first and give you all the best info regarding your situation w your vehicle. I am recommending him to everyone I know. You will be so happy and pleased with JPL Auto and Repair we won't go anywhere else with our vehicle. So thankful we found JPL Auto and Repair!! We give him a ten out of ten!

Got my brake pads and rotors done. They are working great! Very friendly and personable service. Asked for a quote, he gave a breakdown of part prices and labour. It was in the ball park of the lower end quotes I got but those weren't able to get me in for over a week. He got me in the next business day. In the end it ended up being a little lower than the quote price as he rounded down the hour of labour rather than up. Much appreciated and will definitely have my business in the future for brakes and other things that arise.

Very friendly mechanic who was genuinely helpful. Accommodated a tight schedule and was very transparent about pricing. Was very willing to do any work on the car necessary but did not push for any additional services or fees that were not necessary. I could not recommend JPL enough.

I was on a highway trip, about 60 km outside of Regina, when my check engine light came on. As it was Sunday around supper time I was quite concerned I wouldn’t be able to find an open mechanic to help me. I called JPL and the owner talked to me about my situation, then walked me through what to watch for and how to proceed. This was pure kindness at work. He clearly knew his trade and his vehicles, and provided me with knowledgeable, professional service, all out of the goodness of his heart. This is definitely a business worth supporting! You were right about my engine, JPL, and I made it home safe and sound! Thank you a million times over!

Jim is truly one of the best. I had to drive one of our vehicles back to Calgary when we noticed that the drive belt was about to fail. Within 5 hours Jim had me fixed up and on the road. Others said that it was going to be at least a week to get it in. Make sure to support to support his small business!

Hit roadkill in the middle of the night on the way to Alberta and he managed to get us in right in the morning so we could carry on with our trip. Amazing experience, very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
