Two weeks ago I went in to this store to purchase a shampoo. At the recommendation of the salesperson I decided to try a new shampoo that was recommended to me - at a cost of $27.95. I tried the shampoo twice and did not like it. Although advertised as being an anti frizz shampoo it made my frizz worse! I went in to the store to exchange the unsatisfactory product for a different shampoo but my request was refused - as there is a no refund / no exchange policy. This despite the fact I would never have purchased the shampoo if the salesperson hadn’t specifically brought it to my attention. I see this as very poor customer service as I was not informed at the time of purchase.

This store is amazing, the products and knowledgeable staff are amazing! Olaplex is my favourite and I love the leave on conditioners! The owner is so kind and friendly! Thanks David! Grimsby needed a place like this !

Hair supply in Grimsby is definitely a welcome addition to the downtown core. Prices are extremely fair, Selection is enormous!The staff at Hair Supply is well versed and knowledgeable and OH SO Friendly!
