Service impeccable! En raison d'un problème avec ma propre voiture, j'ai dû appeler à l'ouverture un lundi matin à 7h et la personne qui a répondu était d'une gentillesse, d'une amabilité et d'un professionnalisme remarquable. Il a su répondre à mes besoins et m'aider au delà de mes attentes. Les employés de ce point de service Avis ont permis de sauver mon temps des fêtes. Je les recommande sans aucun doute!

Very disappointed!! We rented a car at very short notice, which also really worked perfectly and without pre-reseration. However, we were guaranteed that we would be reimbursed for the number of days we had to return the car earlier. This was actually not planned with us, but the case has then arrived anyway. However, our contact person Harrold M. never got back to us even after emails and on top of that - the credit card was charged even higher than agreed. Insolence! Absolutely not recommended - this is a rip-off!
