called at 530 to ask what time they are open till, man said 6 and I reached by 540 and they were closed…meanwhile website shows they are supposed to be open until 630…

AVOID THIS PLACE ! DANGER !I tried returning an expensive electronic product to the manufacturer, and they reported the package switched with something else ( an empty box within the package) . This place makes a business stealing return products !They need to fire the drivers that delivery these packages.Do yourself a favor and go to a UPS with good reviews

This UPS stole my 1400 dollar drone. I sent it in for a repair to dji and dji called me after they recieved it and they said they recieved a car mount instead of my drone! Case is currently ongoing but so far no hope. I will follow this investigation till the day i die! Dont use their services your package most likely will be stolen!

Avoid at all costs if you don't want your valuable packages stolen. They don't even follow hours of operation. It states that they close at 6:30, but I got there 5:45 and they were already closed. Went on a Saturday and they were closed all day despite their 10AM-3PM hours of operation.

I returned an Amazon package at this location. I asked the man at the front for a receipt and he wasn't able to give one, so I took a photo of his phone just in case, because he had the tracking ID on his phone. To my surprise there were no issues and my Amazon return package successfully returned and I got refunded. I'm knocking off one star for not being able to get a receipt.I read the negative reviews about this location and I'm not denying whether they are thieves or not, maybe I got lucky. But to be on the safe side I'm probably never coming to this location again.

We use to deal with rude aggressive ups delivery personnel BUT in This location has a gentleman who receives my package with a smile and welcoming face within one minute all work done.All thanks.

UPS lost my package and they are not willing to take responsibility of this and blaming UPS too. I mean I know they are bad but these guys are dumb too. Never ever trust UPS.
