I have never replaced a sink before. The Customer Service and Parts department were very helpful and very friendly. I will go to them before any of the major retail stores for help with plumbing needs. Thank you again.

We talked to a salesman, a Lepine... such an unpleasant, unresponsive person. Never again... He acted like if we couldnt buy at his place and was giving informations like he didnt even care. Bad service, bad answers. Glad to do business with another place!And with your answer, I rest my case... Thats the way you treat your clients. Bravo!

I was looking for three spare parts for my bath and shower today. Chris at the service desk listened to me attentively, clarified all necessary details, was going to the store and back to me, checking all nuances. So, he spent like 30 minutes with me never losing his patience and good mood. Finally I got exactly what I need to fix all my problems: all three spare parts matched and work well now.Having my previous experience, I would call this shop a right place with right specialists. Great job, Chris!

Worse place for after service. I bought for over 7K$ of plumbing material (bath room vanity and new facets) last September and needed a small plastic adaptor from OS&B for my bath tub drain. Spoke on the phone with Mr. Lepine at the parts dept. He point blank told me that he was not interested in ordering the part (too small and inexpensive and couldn't bother looking into it). This is after I intially visited the parts dept. and spoke with him (he even took a photocopy of my spec sheet from OS&B and told be that someone would call me back in a few days). Two weeks went by and no call back from Mr. Lepine (who by the way told me that I was dealing with lots and lots of clients and could not remember every requests). After two weeks and no news, I had to call back to inquire about the status of my request this is when I got the (do not waste my time with your small part inquiry). After the call I call the 1-800 number at OS&B and spoke with Morris or the service dept. and guess what, Morris will send me the part 327TIE-2 from OS&B free of charge. (that is customer service Mr. Lepine). If you need plumbing I strongly recommend you avoid this merchant.En réponse à la réponse de Mr. Lépine. Sent us a wrong part, namely a shut off valve, for our shower. The one they sent us doesn’t have the water diverter as our entire renovation project intended. As a result, we had to condemn the rain shower, making our bathroom less desirable.Nonetheless, the tub faucet we bought from them has a design flaw. The 4 tiny screws simply at the base cannot hold on to the weight of the heavy faucet, and so it wiggles and wobbles about. The worst is we couldn’t have realized that until we had it installed.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a part for my kitchen faucet which was supposed to arrive 7 to 10 days later. A month later, still no news so I decide to call. Turns out, the piece is discontinued and they forgot to tell me.When I asked if they could offer me a discount for the delay, the rude receptionist told me that the manager was out for lunch. It was 3:30pm. I then looked at the other models of faucets and the cheapest was twice the price of the priciest at home depot. So even with a discount it would have been more expensive then home depot.In summary I'd say: Overpriced, rude and horrible customer service. 1/10*****UPDATE*****For further proof, please read the Response from owner" below. I'm pretty sure that noticing me by phone was not "hors de notre contrôle"."

Way too pricey for local shoppers! But, if you have a contractor reference, you can save 30%. Many times I shopped here and no one came to just say hi. So, I was never able to buy anything here.

This was the worst customer service I had in my life!!! The guy that works in the back - under accessories/pieces, the worst! - unbelievable!!! I found my own way to find the missing pieces I was looking for and luckily enough, I contact the manufacturer and they are sending me the pieces under the warranty! Never again Lepine!

We purchased a shower assembly from Jean Lepine in April 2016 andin December 2020 the shower head fell apart.I contacted Daniel and he promptly communicated with the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement to be shipped directly to my home.Great after sale service, it's really appreciated.Thanks Daniel

Walked around for 20 minutes and no one came to help. There were a bunch of employees but no one gave me the time of day. I tried to get two peoples attention, but didn't work. Went somewhere else near the Champlain Mall and was served immediatly with great service. They got my business.
