Vancouver Focus

I have just been severely distress by Barb Justason who manages a business called Vancouver Focus. They were very rude and very unprofessional.I think they have a problem with men. They are very condescending and rude. When I asked them if they could please tell me the next time that they will place me on hold, she became furious and started growling at me.When I called Barb Justason who is the director she was even more hostile. When I asked her to look into the issue she shockingly screamed at me and hung up on me, which is extremely unprofessional and very malicious. I don’t know how these hostile feminists walk through life harboring such hostility.Their treatment of good citizens is unacceptable and I warn every consumer and business to keep away from such malicious and unprofessional conduct. When I told her I would write a letter to BBB she growled at me. How shocking.I am also encouraging everyone to exercise their consumer rights by filing complaints with the BBB and several websites such as yelp and Google local, Yahoo Local, City search and several other complaints websites.I strongly request you take the side of civilized and professional humanity , and reproach her malicious conduct. This is your ethical and moral obligation.

What's not to love!! Getting paid for your opinion! What a concept.

What’s not to love about focus group when you can get a neat payment for being articulate and highly opinionated?One side mirror for researches to see us and not the other way around. Cant reveal a lot of info as we need to sign NDA. Environment is conducive - Well lit room, great facility, facilitators are knowledgeable and the group is diverse.Paid as per the promise, punctual and started and ended on dot, execution was to the point and as communicated. WiFi available, ask the front desk. Light snacks, fruits and beverages were provided as well.Ensure you buzz to get in or look next to the buzzer for the note to gain access. Highly recommend this facility for any focus groups in Vancouver

Went there to join in a focus group then was turned away. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Clean, comfy chairs, bright atmosphere, friendly staff

I've been here a couple of times and had great experiences. The focus groups are very interesting and entertaining. Also, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Went here for a focus group a few days ago, the staff were very welcoming and attentive, the meeting rooms were a good size for the group that we had. Only downside is the waiting room, had bench seating that was uncomfortably high off the ground
