My boyfriend has had a hearing impairment since birth, so he has had lots of experience with many hearing clinics and experts. All of this was a learning curve for me, but Angie was so fantastic! From start to finish, she has just been a phenomenal help. We came here in an emergency, my boyfriends hearing aids both died on the same day(they were old), and he had work in 2 days. We were in an absolute panic to try to get the ball rolling. My boyfriends father had been going here and recommended we call Angie. Thank god we did! She fit us in the same day. Within less than a week my darling had his new hearing aids. Not only that, but these new ones are SO AMAZING and have literally increased his quality of life. He said it is a night and day difference from before. He never has had that experience while getting hearing aids before. He hated the whole process. But every time we have come to deal with Angie she is so easy going, helpful and fast. She also explains everything to me as well so I know how to take care of them too and so I’m able to help my boyfriend. I HIGHLY recommend Central Hearing Clinic!!

My husband recently has been fitted with a new set of hearing aids which is his second pair, helped by the Hearing Instrument Specialist, Angie Kwong at Central Hearing Aid. I joined him in a series of visits including the initial exploring and testing after purchase. The experience was good and efficient. Pricing is a bit on the high side, but competitive with another similar provider. We feel like we get the value from it because of the quality of my husband's hearing was much improved and the fitting of the instrument on both ears were fantastic. Angie has been very supportive and professional. About 6 years ago, my husband consulted Angie Kwong in his hearing testing and acquired a pair of hearing aids. The experience was average, but we liked that she was not pushy and answered our questions objectively.

My old pair was coming up to its 5 years anniversary and I was on the hunt for a new pair. My old pair needed to change batteries manually and I was set on finding a pair that allows for rechargeable.There were different levels" of hearing aids pertaining to their technology. Angie advised me that she thinks the lowest level will be sufficient and much better in terms of technology than my old pair. Therefore
