Tim hortons on Walker Road by Chrysler..... ask for a medium coffee with 2 steamed milk ( I like my coffee hot !) Was told I'd have to pay for a latte! This is not a latte! A latte is mostly steamed milk with a single sot of espresso, so for sure a more expensive hot drink . I question it, of course, as it's not a latte im asking for ! This is the only tim hortons in the city that I've been told I'd have to pay for a latte,. And for the second time the very rude women , the same as last time ( she told me she remembered my order ) working told me to go to another tim hortons to order to order ! Tim hortons is a chain and should be the same at each of them. Should they not ?

My daughter and I patronized this Tim Hortons on Friday, April 7, 2023(Good Friday) We ordered three cilantro lime veggie wraps and two teas. The associate Celina served us at the register and also prepared the food portion of our order. She put on a fresh pair of gloves and placed our wraps directly on top of the cutting boards which were covered in other food debris, then lifted the wraps and brushed off all that debris with her gloves and begin making the wraps. I was able to get her attention and asked if she would be able to prepare our wraps over top of a cleaner surface to avoid cross-contamination from other meat sources(bacteria) and she responded that I should have mentioned something at the register. So I have one question… I now have to ask at the register for my food to be prepared on a clean surface to avoid my daughter, my mom and myself getting food poisoning??!!! Tim Horton’s, what has happened to kindness, respect and quality? Terribly disappointed. Unfortunately we won’t be back to this location.

Nicely located, decent hotel. Good location, short drive to downtown and restaurants. They can work on the breakfast menu a bit. Old place, reasonably priced. One-Two nights and you should be fine.

The staff today was fantastic! The shift was well run, fast and perfect service. The trainee was fast as well, I was really impressed. I had been tasked with the office coffee run around 2pm, and REALLY appreciated that the staff had executed everything perfectly, and was very accommodating for the large order. Very friendly staff, thank you for being so fantastic!

What a joke this place is. At 6am they “ran out of eggs”. You mean you didn’t order any. The drive thru was dead at that hour. BUT, they offered any of the breakfast sandwiches, less the usually included egg, for the same price lol. Drive thru didn’t care. Typical student attitude.

Once again terrible service by their drive thru employees. Employees need to remember customers pay you. Rude young lady today you need to speak to an adult with respect.2nd. Quit serving your pizzas through your drive thru. 23 minute wait to get a coffee, drive thru is suppose to be quick service, really 23 mins and please now you have two lanes teach your team members to allow car for car to go through not 3 to 1. Really Erie st when your debit goes down you need to send an employee out to the start of drive thru to let your customers know. What good does it do to tell your customers at the speaker, it's not like we can drive out. Get with it at this rate you are everything Tim's shouldn't be.

Rarely cut the bagels in half even after asking specifically. Today I had a lid half on my coffee. Spilled it all down the front of me and burnt myself before an important meeting. Thanks for this today Tim’s south! Figure it out.

This Tim Hortons was a delightful experience for me. I ate a donut and it was delicious. I also had excellent company. This Mexican girl was talking to me about her life.

Poor service as usual. Always feel rushed, especially when ordering...after every item I order they say is that everything?"....if you would just let me finish saying my order
