I just randomly walked into this store, and ended up purchasing my iPhone. Ali, this guy is amazing, he helped me get the best deal with my purchase! Would definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for the better plans for the phones and the mobile, internet and TV plans.

Mid carefully took me through the necessary detail, to explain a far superior method of switching all my accounts , TV, Internet and phone to Bell. Tristan was great, got me a good deal on a pay-ahead phone plan and just an overall cool guy to talk to.The non-mobile section of the store has limited inventory with average prices, but the staff seemed generally very polite and eager to help.

My husband picked up an Apple Watch purchased online (45mm), some things went wrong.1.staff member called Tristan who help him finishing the pick up process started selling him insistently internet service.2. Then gave him a wrong product (41mm) and left the wrong sku on the receipt.Day after we went to the same location, where one of the staff members was laying/sitting on the counters, headphones on, completely careless, dismissive and unprofessional .We finally got some help from someone called d.jack , he kindly explained us what happened, and could fix this issue.No the best customer service in general, but anyways thanks to D.jack who definitely tried his best to help us, and was the exception of this not good experience.

Honestly if I could give this store more than 5 stars I would! they are amazing and so grateful and happy with the service I received today. Mike was helping me get a new phone with an incredible plan! I’m so grateful and happy thank you so much Mike for everything you’re the best. I highly recommended this place.
