First-rate service, I had a problem with my air conditioner which had been installed by them last summer. They came to my place the morning after a holiday, and fixed the unit quickly and efficiently. Would recommend their company to anyone!

Needed to have my old heat pump replaced. I contacted a few companies and Novalto was sent over by Reno Assistance. From the minute he arrived, I could tell there was no BS sales pitch. He trusted the product he was selling and the price was right compared to other estimates I had received. He even accomodated a 6-month interest free payment option.The installation was done on time, they got rid of all the trash, and left my furnace room clean.

Mr Jean Marc and Simon did an excellent job in my house. They remove completely my central heat pump system from the attic and did new complete installation in my basement. They did a very professional and great job. I truly recommend this company

J'ai contacté Novalto parce qu'ils sont certifiés pour installer les produits Mitsubishi (super silencieux). J'ai rencontré Jean-Marc qui m'a tout de suite mis en confiance. J'ai communiqué à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir davantage d'informations et chaque fois j'ai reçus des réponses rapidement. Aussi mention spécial pour l'installation des caches tuyaux sur un mur de pierre, le résultat est excellent. Bref, quand tu fais affaire avec une entreprise familial et des gens passionnés tu peux pas te tromper!
