Trusted Heating and Cooling is amazing! Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! They were able to help with the replacement of our water heater. Christian did a fantastic job looking over our existing water heater and took the time to explain everything that was wrong with the unit. He even talked with our home warranty company to help explain what was going on and what he recommended. The replacement unit was installed in a matter of a couple days and everything is working great! Overall, I would recommend Trusted Heating and Cooling to everyone!

Alex came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He willingly shared his knowledge on maintenance and care while ensuring I was totally satisfied with the service. Overall it was a great overall experience. I now have Alex at the top of my people to call whenever I have an issue with my HVAC since he is faster and more knowledgeable than other companies I have used in the past few years. I found this company via a google search, filled out a form, they scheduled me an appointment. They got to my house to repair and they told me they don’t service mobile homes. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me this to begin with. Surely they could’ve checked my address before scheduling an appointment?

Devon performed a comfort club tune up on my furnace in Brighton and was able to identify an issue I didnt even know about. Luckily it was an easy fix! Furnace is running at 100% thanks to Trusted! Cant speak enough about their professionalism and honesty.

Would give 7 stars if I could. A great family run business with a very professional staff. Had them replace our outdated HVAC system and they did a great job. Any issues since have been responded to quickly and efficiently. Great company that I refer everyone to.

I used this company for a year on a service plan without incident and they had been reliable previously. However the recent service of my 2 AC units was quite the opposite. They charged $180 for 9.5 oz of refrigerant, (for up to 1 lb, but not prorated). Sensing the price seemed high, I checked on line and found that I had been massively overcharged. When I brought that to their attention, they said that it was because of the diagnostics required, so tough luck. Of course the diagnostic service work was covered by the plan I was already paying for, their explanation was nonsense. So much for Trusted"
