My partner is in her 60s with post-menopausal bleeding (plus a cancer survivor) and 3 weeks after the referral was sent from her doctor, they told her it's another 2-3 months to get on the waitlist (it's currently Sept. 13, 2022). In essence, they couldn't care less about her life.

I was terrified to come here because of all the bad reviews but was really pleasantly surprised. The scheduling process was a bit unprofessional and took months but that was really my only complaint. The n95 they gave me was annoying but other than that the receptionist was nice and the doctor was amazing! I can’t recall her last name but I believe her first name was Marta- she made me really comfortable and I was no longer worried or stressed. Hope others also have a good experience here.

Got a referral here and was told it is walk ins only by the referring doctor. Additionally the website and phone number for axis clinic state they are walk in only. I just paid 20$ flat rate for parking, only to get to the clinic for them to tell me they are only accepting patients with appointments. So I just lit 20$ on fire for nothing. Additionally, they said they will call to follow up next week but didn’t give me a time or date. Doubt I’ll ever hear from them. Horrible experience.

I got a referral over the phone from a walk in clinic in May 2022. It is now February of 2023; TEN MONTHS. I've never heard back. So I called them in March 2023 and got an appointment within a week from a cancellation. They told me I was supposed to call them"

Long story short. If your doc refers you to this clinic, don’t waste your time. Ask them for a referral to another clinic. My experience which was extremely time consuming and frustrating, especially considering my request was a rather simple, common request. I hope this helps others make the decision to NOT go to this clinic.- This is an appointment only clinic, despite what their referral form states (trust me, I took the time to go into the clinic, just to find out it’s appointment only)- The clinic will call you to discuss the reason for your appointment and decide if I required an in-person appointment, in my case, I required a phone appointment- The phone appointment with the doctor was scheduled THREE MONTHS after my initial call with the clinic- Day of my phone appointment - the doctor is calling me hours before my scheduled appointment, thankfully I picked up the call from the unknown number- Doctor prescribes me a prescription and mentions they will fax it to my pharmacy. I go to my pharmacy later that week to pick it up. The pharmacy mentions that it has not been received.- I follow-up with the clinic by email to see the status of the prescription. After two follow-ups, they mention the prescription has been sent- I go to the pharmacy to pick my prescription up and realize the doctor sent the wrong prescription- Again, I follow up with the clinic. After SEVEN follow-up emails, the clinic offers me a phone call with the doctor to discuss.- The call with the doctor is scheduled for the upcoming Saturday. Again, they called hours before the scheduled appointment time. After chatting with the doctor, they send my pharmacy a new prescription. No apologies, no explanation.

Unfortunately, I am writing this in hopes that no one else goes through what I did.To anyone who is referred to this clinic ....I strongly advise you to do your own research before your appointment. If you have more complicated health issues- goto another clinic that can assist you better. This clinic just does not seem to have the time or resources to care more than the absolute bare minimum. I was only ever given instructions/answers because I asked.Additionally they can only call you, not vice versa... only emails. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt, as many clinics couldn't keep up due to Covid-19. But from beginning to end, the whole appointment made me nervous, uncomfortable, frustrated and upset.Upset enough to write this review. As I sat waiting for my appointment, a woman before me even politely expressed her frustration: If I knew it was going to be this painful

I had a really positive experience here. They got back to me within less than a week of my phone call and explained the upcoming process for my appointment. The intake process was thorough, the communication was excellent at multiple levels (intake call, appointment call, email confirmation, phone confirmation) leading up to the appointment, and clear follow up instructions and paperwork for next steps afterwards. Everyone I dealt with was informed, helpful and kind. I had a really skilled and empathetic NP treating me who made me feel at ease and was super professional. Trusted her 100%. From the point of doctor referral to the in-person appointment, it was just over 3 weeks (could have been sooner! But that worked with my availability).

the clinic doesn’t exist. when you get to the clinic in downtown the elevator in the building simply doesn’t go to 18 floor, which the clinic is located on. on 10 floor (on referral they state they are located there) the door is locked and you can see a bunch of papers taped onto the door with no phone numbers etc. we tried to call them, but no one answered. it’s impossible to make an appointment or get help when you need it. just a waste of time

avoid this clinic if you can. Doctors are just their to clock in for their job. They don't care about your problems and it seems like listening to you is a waste of their time. Thought it would be different with a female doctor, turns out it is just as bad.

Echoing other reviews: they do not return phone calls, they do not follow-up. Someone called and said they emailed me several times" and got no response but couldn't verify the email sent to or forward the supposed emails. I was promised an inperson appointment and heard from no one and I have no way to reach them by phone or email. It seems they are never at the listed locations also. It's dangerous and negligent delivering this type of mediocre healthcare."
