TD Canada Trust ATM

So i went to this bank and did regular banking transaction. I just moved in this area and this branch is near my place. I politely asked for a print out of my 12 months business statement and was told it would cost $15 to have them printed. I told them i never pay for this request for the years i’m doing it and i was advice to go to a branch where i got them before because i already made like a rapor with my old bank. Ridiculous!! Knowing i got personal, business, rrsp and tfsa with this institution and a simple 12 pages print out is too much to ask? Only branch i asked and was turned down. Disappointing.
