Jim was very polite and communicated very well. He called before he arrived and I asked him to call me when he arrived to avoid using the doorbell because my baby was sleeping and he also left the house very quietly because he knew my LO was trying to nap. Great person and great service!

As a former employee of 7 years and leaving on good terms the one time i need a repair, i was ignored. I reached out to admin team and manager about costs and got zero response. In addition when I got the call about appointment time the person i spoke to, did not akowledge me depite knowing who it was. I got my refund real quick. If they treat a former employee this way regular customers will be treated just as poorly. Even getting my refund there was no attempt to save my business or understand why i cancelled my repair. Truly a toxic work environment. If i could, I would rate -20 stars out of 5.

Dale came out on Feb 14 to replace some screws that had fallen off my Power Recliner. Dale was promt and professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

John was greatPrompt and took pictures and explained process.I submitted a warranty claim. Wonderful chair. Love it. Not good quality upholstery on chair. Pulling after less than 3 mo.

Dale Popowich was dispatched and did a great job. He temporarily solved the issue but a month later the same issue and still waiting for parts. Dale, come back and fix our chair please
