TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I came for an appointment not knowing who to talk to because there was no one at the reception counter. Instead I saw two staff talking with each other. When I talked with an advisor about opening an investment account they said it seemed I didn't know how to invest and that they have mutual funds and gics and could help invest for us instead which I didn't want.

I went to the bank today to arrange an e-transfer trrough the bank. The teller, Daniel, advised that the an on-line account was needed and then went and set it up for me, which he did not have to do. Thank you for excellent customer service.I have never posted a review but I think Daniel deserves this recognition.

I came with a full list of topics with which I needed assistance. The bank staff was amazing in helping me address my list.

Deposited Money Order in this location, teller said would your like use the amount right away ? Said Yes ! Then she applied authorization from the manager, after that told me TD will hold my money order for 5 business day !!!!Understood hold money order for security reason, but if your branch had the convenience option, why yr manager made it difficult to your business customer ? ! If you can not do this, why asked question at the beginning ? The branch’s unprofessional behaviour was wast time of each other !

I had an appointment with an advisor at the brach but there were 3 agents were standing and talking behind the counter rather then checking customer who are walking in. I had to get out and speak over another customer to their attention.Greeting Customer in this branch is the worst by far.

All i was here to do was pay gst for my company, but the business queue service couldn’t be worse, with impatient and uneducated tellers i might as well stop using td in total.after an argument erupted i was told i’m not allowed to deposit here and to leave the area. even after i listened and left the the bank, they locked my business chequing account for THREE WEEKS STRAIGHT.it’s completely ridiculous because after the incident I went to CIBC and it only took me 5 minutes to get the ENTIRE thing through hassle free.Td doesn’t even have great policies for me to stay, and customer service makes me want to leave faster. Honestly if this branch didn’t hire kids and instead experienced tellers, it would work out a lot better for everybody.

I used to go to No.1 & Francis where they provide very good service. They closed during this pandemic. I need to deposit cheques for strata today, so I went to Lansdowne branch instead. Their new arrangements for customers to do banking is totally unacceptable. Expected people know how to register through cellphone before they attended their branch. None of them show that they are willing to serve including the guy who delt with my transaction. Very disappointed.

After a long and tedious insurance claim for a car accident i finally got a settlement check. Went into this branch to deposit the check provided and close out my TD auto loan.A manager or senior of the teller approached me and informed me that i could not do so because the check was made out to me and the Auto Finance group, and that we did not share an account (well duh, but i do have a loan with them). He proceeded to tell me that i NEEDED to have the check reprinted with a singular name.I immediately went to the another TD branch and found a more educated employee, who gladly and easily closed my loan and put the remainder of the check into my account. What i wanted done in the first place.....Uneducated and terrible customer service at this branch. I run my business and personal stuff through TD and have never been treated this horribly.

For business banking it’s frustrating speed and lack of customer agents makes transactions slow. A couple of the employees at Landowne branch are quite disrespectful to elderly clients who don’t understand Covid protocol, often yelling at them to read the squares on the floor.
