Wonderful internet set up since Monday June 5th. Incredible speed compared to what I was used to (5 Mbps). We had a bit of a blip 3 days later where we lost the internet suddenly. Within a few minutes, someone was at my door to troubleshoot. Within a few hours, I had a technician come and fix the issue! As a bonus, our speed was increased due to the inconvenience. Thank you Chris, Terry and Francis for the prompt resolution!!
