Local Trauma Clean

I had a situation where I needed an intense clean, bordering on hoarding. I phoned Local feeling desperate. They put me at ease right away, I sent them pictures and they were able to give me a quote. Rolland and Fredo, the A team showed up and got right to it. They tossed couches, a mattress, a chair, carpet. Scrubbed everything. Decontamination, so much was done. Rolland was in communication by text and phone. She is one of the hardest working kind souls I have ever met. The place is 100% ready for new things, new start. I was never made to feel embarrassed. Compassion all the way. Worth every dollar. If you need help, don't hesitate to give them a call.

I can't say enough good things....I had to hire a company to help clean out a hoarding house that also had a few mice who had taken up residence as well. Other than a small misunderstanding with the start time (which the owner Chris fixed right away) the job they provided was great. Trauma/hoarder cleaning: a home owner went to hospital and their home was discovered to be in hoarder-condition. We had Local Group go in and while it was not inexpensive, it was worth every penny. In just one day, the ~600 square foot condo was turned into a habitable home that smelled and looked good. We were amazed at how much was done in just 6 hours. It would have taken us days get that much done.

I contacted local group and recieved friendly, speedy customer service. Rollande and Alfredo did a excellent job at clearing and cleaning a suite after a relative passed away. I'm so impressed with what a great job they did. Fantastic communication, friendly cleaners and left the place spotless from what was a very, very messy situation with biohazard waste.I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
