I don't always get exceptional service on the phone, but I have to give major props to the Truro store. Even when they are very busy they find time for everybody, are polite, and do everything they can to answer your questions or solve your issue. They are a wonderful staff and Eastlink are truly lucky to have such an exceptional team representing them!

This place doesn't have good service and we ended up switching back to our normal service provider (which is Bell) after over a year being with eastlink, they need to have their service a little better.

I was with eastlink for over 10 years and considered myself a loyal customer. Each time I moved I stayed with their services, but they have become just too expensive. There are other providers that are competing with these larger companies so eventually they may lower their prices . I cannot justify paying over $200 a month for TV and internet!!!!!Citywide is half the price .

1hr 36 min waiting to talk to a person about service. Finally hung up phoned as if I didn't have a account and bang person answers, but puts me thru the same line

My programming tv schedule has not been functioning for 6 days now. Having reported the incident twice I am very disappointed that this problem has not been resolved yet.

If you plan to go here, expect to be waiting near and hour. This is what I went through just to be told I am not eligible for a phone plan being advertised because I was not a new customer. Which tells me that they believe a new customer is more deserving of a discount that is a better plan than mine, someone who has been with them for years.

Absolute worst customer service ever. The people working front desk were not friendly and not helpful. They did no effort to do more than the bare minimum. Rude and unwelcoming service.

Been on hold waiting to speak with someone to answer a simple question for almost 3 hours. I got through after 1.5 hours only to have the agent drop the call and not call back. Unacceptable, especially when we are paying premium rates for a basic utility.
