Our wonderful Neighbour Bev bought our son a muddy buddy for his first birthday. The zip broke far too easy so our Neighbour went to return it. Josafina was super helpful and was such a pleasure to deal with. She was extremely kind and thoughful and replaced our sons muddy buddy with no hesitation. Highly recommend this wonderful store and great staff.

I bought a rain jacket for my son while visiting Granville Island. This store offers an impressive selection of brand name seasonal clothes from bathing suits and flip flops to winter jackets and boots. Great pricing for quality well known brands.

I was just in there this afternoon to shop for a pair of rain boots while my child was busy playing at the Adventure Zone. The store attendant was super helpful with her recommendations and even went a step beyond to help with sizing.

Such a cute little kids swimwear store. The store is tucked away upstairs in the Kids Market but is an absolute gem. Huge selection of Native Jefferson shoes, swimsuits and everything you’ll need for the beach, pool or a splash in the water park next door. Love it!

Went in looking for shoes and one of the shop staff measured my daughter's feet. She tried to tell me she was a size 4.5 and recommended size 5 boots that were huge on her. Her size 3 moccasins still fit comfortably.

I would recommend this little gem of a store. Josefina went beyond good customer service when I had to exchange/return a muddy buddy with a broken zipper. Josefina was kind and considerate with ensuring customer satisfaction...

I purchased a $80 Stonz rainsuit from them that the saleslady and the label said is waterproof. However, after spending one hour playing at the park, my child's bottom was wet. When I inquired about a refund, the manager said I need to deal with the manufacturer. I think this is poor customer service. I understand they are a small company, however, I was convinced to buy this very expensive suit that doesn't work. I can't recommend purchasing anything from this store.
