A great experience from the beginning. I sent through an online inquiry and made the mistake of leaving the wrong phone number for a callback. Likely, most businesses would just move on but Jason sent an email as an alternative to try to assist. After speaking with him we booked them for an installation service call. Right on time, Chris, arrived and was very professional but also a genuinely nice guy. His quality of work was top notch and his attention to detail was appreciated. I was going to write a long detailed review but I feel like it's best to keep it simple. I purchased a water heater in 2021 and beginning in 2022 it started to have serious issues. Plumbwize sent people here to inspect or fix this 6 seperate times. They had a part replaced after the warranty period had already run out at no cost. Again after the warranty was already expired they went too bat for me with the manufacturer to get me a new motor for my unit. I say this without hesitation if you're looking for anything plumbing related just contact Plumbwize. It doesn't matter if some other place is quoting you less it's not worth it to go with anybody else. If you have a problem they will actually help you, they will actually work with you to get it fixed. There really is no other choice.

I had and issue with my bathtub. Reached out to PlumbWize and Chris was amazing! He came in and got the job done. No more leakage.I also requested for him to check my shower as it was only coming out with hot water. He ordered the parts and fix that as well. Called on the 8th to try and get an over the phone quote, reception took all my info and told me to stay by my phone as someone would call me, now the 12th still waiting on this call, have yet to leave my phone, but have decided to do the job myself now.Update, they called and are gonna help me out, more to follow.All worked out really well, they came installed to a high level of professionalism. I would reach out to these folks again if I should ever require a plumber.

I sent out a request for a plumber to 3 different places with a small description and some photos of my issue with my kitchen sink. PlumbWize was the first to get back to me with a suggested remedy and a next-day appointment. I had to change the appointment a couple of times, and they were very accommodating. When the technician arrived, he was very pleasant, professional, and eager to help. He explained exactly what he needed to do and answered any questions I had. I additionally asked him to replace the shut-off valve for my toilet and remove my ROE system. All were completed in a matter of a couple of hours.
