I had an excellent customer service experience with Adurra. I am not a direct client as we bought our house renovated and fitted with windows and doors from this company by the previous owners. I had to do a service call for our patio door: from the receptionist, to the account manager, to the technician who visited and fixed the issue, everything went super smoothly and rapidly. All people implicated were courteous, professional and very considerate and helpful. A+

Impeccable service, we had to get our windows done in two phases and the installation crew was without question was one of our best crews in our renos. The windows are spectacular and well priced. Costa is gruff but honest and delivered everything just as he said. Only company that sells awesome accordion sliding screens too.

Very happy with my experience. The windows and doors are beautiful and of great quality. My wife and I shopped around quite a bit before settling with Adurra and we have no regrets. Great communication . The installation team was professional and courteous and the product is far superior to anything in a similar price range.

The worst service I have ever received. They treated our business as if we worked for them. Horrible customer service and extremely rude. Very dismissive and did not care to provide proper information.There are many other door companies. I suggest getting service from elsewhere that will be happy to have you as a client.

If you are looking for high quality windows and doors look no further. From the beginning Costa and Peter from Adurra were very helpful. We changed all of our windows and doors in our home. They did an amazing job. After the job they left everything clean. Amazing vendor and products!
