I had three projects that needed to be done and these guys delivered. New deck is built to perfection. We have an oddly shaped back yard that they fenced in exactly how we wanted it and now our dogs have the freedom they have always wanted. We also had great scapes fix up some of our gardens and re-sod a portion of our front yard. Couldn’t say enough good things about this company. Pricing was fair, projected finished early and their whole team were very nice and worked hard!Thanks!

1. Very unprofessional.2. Always unresponsive. The owner does not take calls and thus he don't have to answer anything. My voicemail was only returned the very first time to kick start the work.3. There is complete discrepancy between what plan the Owner makes and what goes into the work. The communication gap between him and his workers and is unavailability to take calls costed me at least a $1000 and resulted in a smaller work. Again if Ryan was responsive enough this could have been solved. My fence is already tilting now because of high winds and again he does not take calls.4. They don't give you detailed plan on what they are doing. A detailed plan will solve a lot of these discrepancies.

Very disappointing and sloppy work. A DIY amateur would have taken better care of everything. Lots of gaps left behind. We had a big budget to cover a long 6-ft chain link installation, a staircase from the upper deck and sodding about 4,000 sqft of lawn. Their sod and installation are high quality. That's the only star they got. Everything else was (and still is) a disaster. We decided to go with them and avoid managing multiple contractors, but that turned out to be the biggest mistake of the decade. It was very hard to get a hold of Ryan from the get-go. Their quotes were higher than professional places, such as Eastern Fence.Chain link fence: The fence and staircase were done by the same duo, one carpenter and his apprentice, who proved to be real amateurs. They had to come back 7 times to fix small and big things. It didn't take long for one section to go visibly warped. They left big gaps at the bottom in several areas. The other day a pheasant limboed under one of them and browsed around the yard. Poles were not installed at the proper height. It's like watching a static rollercoaster.Staircase: For a while it was wobbly and scary to walk through. Thankfully a friend came by and installed a couple of boards to make it more stable and static. They didn't even care to fill the gaps between each stair. Somebody could have tripped and gone head straight onto it. The handrails were poorly installed, angled in one side, not properly nailed. We had to ask them to fix it at least twice.Long story short, we will likely have to double our budget for the fence to get everything working properly. If you need grass, talk to them. Everything else, look for real professionals.
