What a great company. Very professional from the front office to the staff they sent to do the work. I was impressed by all of them. Very clean and honest.After dealing with Mr. Rooter and being charged a lot for a high pressure water scrub I was told there was a broken part of the cast pipe and that they couldn't even get their camera through. I contacted Pro Drain in the hope that the repair might be done from the inside. They came, scoped the line and said the line was not draining well and there an area that they thought may have to be dug up as it was too small to repair from the inside. They gave a very reasonable quote to do the work and explained that they would do a full clean so they could fully assess the issues. When they came the first did a full grind of the kitchen line and then the whole drain to the main sewer and found that fixed the issue. They showed me with the scope the whole line right out to the main sewer and said there was no breakage and the line was in fact in pretty good shape but where there might be some potential issues in several years. When they left you could not have told there had been any work done, very clean. Charged me a reasonable amount (about 1/2 the price for the previous clean") for the work they did and boy

What a great experience contracting Pro Drain Techs to fix our sewer line. They removed a belly did some inside work and lined our existing sewer line to the main. Their response time is exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I cannot say enough good things about Pro Drain Techs. I 100% recommend them.Thank you for going above and beyond.

We recently had Pro Drain Techs to our home to clear the main sewer line. Rod & Bronson came out and were great, they showed up ahead of schedule and were very professional in providing excellent service.

Pro Drain Techs are the ones to call for your home inspection. Professional, on time, and the highest quality video and reporting. Rod explained everything thoroughly and was neat and tidy, and Liette in the office is a pleasure to deal with. The best in the business!

I wish I could give them more than five stars. Their work is exceptional, but it is their very sincere interest in their customers which really stands out. Two years after they did our main line I had a problem which turned out to be unrelated to their work but as soon as I called them they took ownership of my problem & sent someone out immediately. They came & fixed the issue & didn’t charge anything. Unbelievable. They are also clearly an outstanding employer who treats their staff well. Can’t recommend them enough!

We were referred to Pro Drain by our plumber. Having had quite a few bad experiences with various contractors, we got a couple of quotes for a backwater valve and a sewer liner. Of the contractors we contacted, Pro Drain was by far the most organized and knowledgeable, and had the equipment to do the job (including a camera on a snake to view the sewer line). We were able to use the video feed Pro Drain took of our sewer line to apply for two rebates. Pro Drain also told us about 1 large rebate that our home specifically qualified for, as a home that previously was on the Epcor Root Maintenance program, and supported us in accessing it. The office administrator was extremely helpful and always promptly responded to my many questions. They were respectful of our house, worked hard and efficiently, and completely cleaned up before leaving. I would unreservedly recommend them.

What an awesome company and very friendly crews!!! They cleaned out my sewer pipe and solved the problem in no time! We had 3 other plumbers that could not figure what the problems were. This place is very honest and works with your needs and they explained everything very clearly. Very fair price!! I could not be more happy! Trust me, Pro Drain is the best!! We had a backup from our floor drains/urinals, which 2 other plumbers could not figure out over the course of 2 months. One message to Pro Drain Techs, and they managed to fit us in their schedule within 2 business days. When they arrived, staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also managed to repair the issue in a few hours! Highly recommend, 5 stars! Great Job!

Excellent job performed as expected and quoted. The team was professional and thorough in their assessment before creating a plan. Their quote was detailed and I knew exactly what was happening and what I was paying for. There was a minor issue with the inspection (due to pre-existing stuff in the house that they had not touched) and they came to fix it up to code without extra charge. I hope not to have to but if I did, I certainly would call them for future work. Thank you to Ryan, Jesse, Rod and the rest of the crew.

If you've got an unreliable sewer line that needs to be replaced then these are the people you need. Very professional and super effective. In my case, because the expectation was that I would replace my main line, Rod came first and cleaned out the line (I don't think they do residential visits just to clean out your main line unless it's in preparation for replacing your main line) in the most thorough manner you can imagine. If you've ever experienced a bad or mediocre plumbing job watching Rod is amazing. About 3 weeks later another crew came in and did the lining. I believe at the moment they are the only company using this kind of technology in Edmonton (where they don't have to dig up your yard to replace the main line) and it is worth every dollar.
