Very courteous employees who are always happy to help. I’ve visited other postal outlets where the employees seem to hate their jobs and take a really long time to help. Not here. Everyone is friendly and efficient, quick to help and professional. I appreciate that one particular employee has gotten to know and recognize me - it’s little things like that, that make an experience better than average.

Went in to pick up 3 packages that I got notice for on my door the day before. The girl said she hadn't processed it yet, but it was in the back, so I said I would wait until the line cleared, which was about 30 min. Then when I asked her to look she basically said she didn't feel like moving the other boxes around to get my 3 packages, super frustrating knowing the packages were right there and the fact that I went in 24 hours after I got notice on my door.

1 star for my todays experience is too generous. First waited in line for ages which is okay, I get it, some people take longer some less time. When it was my turn and I put the parcel up on the counter for sending the middle aged short woman asked me if I had filled an online customs form. I said I didn’t and that I didn’t know about it. She instantly hissed at me and scolded at me for not having it done in a super rude manner which was very uncalled for. She then proceeded to give me flyer for the info , pretty much threw my parcel back at me while still rudely telling me off of daring to even enter the post shop without having it done and send me off. As I got home I read the pamphlet and it clearly states “ save time in store by completing toys customs form online”SAVE TIME!!! Not that is mandatory as the woman told me. I cannot believe she would t accept my parcel and send me packing. You go to the post office for service!! So people who are unable to complete the form online can never send a parcel?? REDICULOUS. Plus I had a toddler with me. SO RUDE. No need to take you foul attitude out on other people.Poco is so small, everyone knows you. RUDE!

The attitude of the employees was so disappointing, after asking for the cheapest shipping option within Canada the Nil, the post office woman made us pay $45 for a small shipment. I then went back and asked for a refund as I didn’t realize she had charged me so much she then continued to laugh in my face and roll her eyes at me. Absolutely disgusted by this lady and how rude she was.

They're clearly understaffed and it's a shame that they don't hire more workers to compensate. There's some days I come in and wait an hour just because the lineup is so long that it goes around the store. This is inefficient as there's usually only one person working in the front.That's the problem with corporations, they try to cut corners everywhere to save money when they should give workers a healthier environment.I give this place 2 stars because the ladies working behind the counter have been very kind to me. However, I can't justify the extremely long wait times and overall service.If, some some miracle, the CEO ends up seeing this review. Please, take a good look at your corporation and see if this is feasible for you in the long run because it's not.

Always such a long line every time I good. The single lady working always does her best and has a great attitude, but the wait is always so long! Wish they had a package drop off areas for pre paid packages.

**EDIT*** I have changed my 1 star review to a 4. This Post office has undergone major changes/renovations in 2021 and is SO much better. I have not had any issues there since the renovations.My original one star review:I have the most frustrating experiences at this post office and have almost nothing good to say. DO NOT purchase a PO box from here.Firstly, when I purchased my PO box they neglected to put the postal code there.There have been 3 separate occasions where I have received someone else's mail in my PO box and my mail has been in someone else's (someone with a similar PO box number). On one occasion a package was delivered to a different PO box and it was a nightmare trying to get my package.More than once I get notified online that my packages have delivered, but the staff at this location cannot find the package. On one occasion I waited a full hour for the staff lady to find my package. Literally one hour of her searching.More than once the staff forgot to put the pick up slip in my Po box when my package gets delivered.If you need a PO box please avoid this location and save yourself the frustration and misery that I have experienced. I shutter at the thought of the mail I should have received that either got lost or wound up in someone else's PO box. I wonder who received that Christmas card my grandmother sent me?

If I could give zero stars for the post office I would. After an attempted delivery on Dec 22, a slip was left to pick up my Christmas present at this location. I went to pick it up the next day and was told it wasn't yet received and to come back later. My spouse did, and was told it was not there even though CP said it had been scanned in at their location. I went it the following day and the manager stated it was not in their system, so it was not there. I opened a ticket with CP and was called a week later to say that it was signed for by an employee at this location, so it was there. I went back a 4th time, a full week after the first attempted pickup and ince again was told it was not there. At no time did any employee attempt to look in the back even though there was not another soul in the place. Miranda told me that their iPad was finicky so that may be the problem. I asked if because the iPad was finicky if that meant no one had actually looked for it and she confirmed that was the case. Miranda was completely indifferent and obviously couldn't have cared less. Every single time I go to the post office I have issues. I understand it's a busy time of the year but when the employees are there only for a pay cheque and are not only incompetent but insincere I take issue. I truly hope that CP pulls their business license and gives it to a Shoppers or London because those companies would appreciate the business.

Checked website says open at 9am, carry parcel into CP, nope not open until 1pm.Could staff not update website??Agree with the irritable, curt service.

I have been going to this postal outlet for many years. For the most part the staff have been friendly, and very helpful and for that I would give five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. However tonight was different. I went to pick up package that indicated after 6pm. The clerk indicated that it had been delivered and was in the back but not processed". There were no other customers but still the clerk insisted that we need to return the next day. She stated don't blame the postal outlet
