Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I washed my car few times here but past 2 times (last 1 week) it is leaving lot of soap around the car, specially top.I want you to fix it as we wasted money twice and car was not quite clean and soap on the car.

So organized and perfectly stocked with unique snacks and food. Very clean and well maintained. Can tell the owners actually care and try to provide superior service.

The worst experience i’ve ever had. I was stuck in the car wash for 10 minutes but decided to wait it out. I ended up calling the service line that is provided and he told me he would fix it. It shut off and then he hung up on me and said “ one sec”. i never received a phone call and after another 5 minutes go by, i call again because i was still stuck with an entire machine ontop of my vehicle. he tells me to relax before i even said anything on the phone and tells me to wait or reverse. I explained that there were cars behind me and he told me there wasn’t. when there was 3 cars minimum behind me. he then asks me repetitively to get out of my car ( while me and my vehicle are half way through the car wash) to go bang on their windows and ask them all to reverse. not sure why i woukd get out of my vehicle while it is still submerged in the car wash station, and what if it turned on while i left my car to go knock on their windows. or if i fell on any of the devices in the car wash. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or offer me a refund or anything of that sort. Incredibly rude service, and very unprofessional over the phone.

If your midnight shift staff are going to lock the door and serve customers from outside , they really should be wearing masks and gloves while handling beverages and anything really. Not safe practices having staff serving people like that with no masks or gloves ! Not impressed at all with lack of professionalism and brains

This is not a touchless car wash. They use soft cloth car wash. However, inside the car wash bay, the equipment and the clothes were out-of-dated model compared to other petro canada car wash. And the rail is not working properly. The rail doesn't properly pull the car. When the car inside the bay, two times it pulls the car, and then suddenly it releases, so the car move back a bit a long l, and it pulls again, and release again.The clothes spin to close to the car, so it hits both of side mirrors that cause the side mirrors bend forward.Further, the air blow only working half way of the car, so half of my back car was still wet and a lot of water.It is very disappointed and I absolutely do not recommend to wash here.This petro canada car wash is located at south side of Britannia (NOT the one beside No Frill).

If I could put zero I would. HOPE PETRO CAN , can investigate this location as it fails to meet the standards of Petro Canada. The service has always been rude at best but on Feb 06 around 9Pm , the car wash had issues where it tried to push me into another car and I had to stomp on my brakes as hard as I could . There are no safety measures to avoid two cars from hitting eachother even though it's an automated track where the driver doesn't have input. When I came into the store your two girls at the counter were laughing at me because I was upset. This location is a joke and the Owner : Edward clearly doesn't care and it shows. I have seen hot dog stands with better reviews than this business. I will be calling head office to complain.

Apparently you cover 87 89 and 91 when you only have regular gas and refuse to change the sign which could mess up thousands of vehicles costing millions in damages. If you filled up here in the last 2 weeks and ur engine is knocking well this is why. Take them to court

Vacuum doesn't work properly. Bad customer service with no intention to help out.

Is there any way to put a ZERO star here?There is a South Asian Guy working on evening shift. He is so rude and not willing to help at all. I don't know how can people with such high minded and wrong attitude can enter into our peaceful land. It is utter shame to employ such people with no manners. I am so disappointed as this is the closest to my house. But I will never ever go back to this gas station until this rude guy is expelled form there. I am willing to give my 700$ business to Shell or Esso.
