Great customer service here. I use to go to the downtown Avis on Slater, which always took a long time to get the car and it wasn’t always the best customer service but here it’s so different. They’re really quick to check you in and get you on your way and they are super friendly. I’ll always go here to rent cars.

The service at this location is horrible. We tried once before and we thought the person must just be having a bad day but it was worst when we went this past Thursday. We asked for an impala or similar car, when we arrived they said they only have SUVs. We did not want an SUV because we were going to NYC and parking is more expensive for SUVs. With no choice (because it was close to closing and we were leaving at 5am the next day) we took the suv and it was so dirty and full of garbage, yogurt cups, wrappers. We got home and cleaned it ourselves. Then I looked at the insurance and it had expired. With the location being closed, I called the airport location who told us to come and see them. Fortunately, we dealt with Mr. Khan who put up in a Toyota Camry, brand new, spotless. He was excellent to deal with. If you need to rent with Avis in ottawa go to the airport and avoid Orleans st Joseph location. The guy at the counter has no costumer service whatsoever, very rude.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Vehicles with no problems. Been a while since I've had to rent a car but these guys make it pretty easy.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! And now I have to pay for 2 cab rides, because they wouldn't rent me a car, on June 4th, 2023!! I’m from BC and I had 3 picture ID’s, and they wouldn’t take them!! Who does that, and leaves a person stranded!! I will be telling my brother and mother who live here, to pass on the very bad service from Avis / budget in orleans ontario!! Thanks for nothing!!! Nothing special, but no problems, so that's a good thing. Vehicle was basically new. I would use them again.
