EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR TESLAS!!!!! my first phone call to this place, the guy (I forget his name) was super helpful and personable. My husband brought our Tesla Model 3 2021 for scratch and dent to my right rear side. Brought our car into shop for an estimate (which was accurate), next available date to bring car in was about 1 month ahead. We got an estimate from another company which was twice the price of this place, so we went with this place. We were told it would take about 5 business days to fix. On the 5th day we were give an update it will take about 2 more days due to the paint not matching up perfectly. They gave us honest updates throughout. We were so happy when we got our car back, it looks good as new!! Not to mention they cleaned the inside of our vehicle as well. Even though it took longer to fix than anticipated they took the time to get it perfect and the quote they gave initially was accurate to what we actually paid. Being a new tesla owner I was uncertain of where to go to get it fixed, DO NOT HESITATE TO BRING IT HERE!! They are trustworthy and know what they're doing and they care about getting it done right! The car body repair was quite good. Staff very friendly, very accommodating in saving the internal door parts for me. They managed to save the car from being disposed despite ICBC's low repair limit due to the vehicle age. I really wanted to keep vehicle (Suzuki XL_7) as it was quite trouble free, reliable (Japanese Made).

Excellent service!! Staff are very helpful and professional. They ensured my car was properly repaired with no imperfections left behind, after it was hit and run. And the quality of the work on paint job was top notch. They went above and beyond - even fixed the old scratches without additional charges.Highly recommend!! And definitely will be back for future car repair needs.

Jag and the staff here are the best in the business; trustworthy, courteous, respectful and efficient. You can trust them with your car and know that they will do an awesome job.They are very transparent from start to finish and explain everything so that the everyday person can understand what they'll be doing. They breakdown the costs of parts, labor, time, etc. So that you know what you're paying for. The price is very reasonable and the workmanship is outstanding. Working hard and efficiently, the time it takes for them to fix your car is good and fast. They provide a courtesy car if needed and even wash your car inside and out.I never once felt uncomfortable with their services and highly recommend them to anyone who needs autobody work done. Extremely happy with the service. I called after an accident with my Tesla model y. Brought it in for an estimate, and just over a week, the part came in, they painted it and replaced my side mirror. The service took approximately 2 hours and they even offered to drive if I needed to head somewhere close. Accommodating, honest, efficient and professional. Highly recommend having your car fixed at this shop.

Excellent service!!I noticed a strange/stubborn white stains as you can see. I went to some local detailers to get rid of it. They couldn’t remove it and claimed that it’s something breaks into the paint and suggested me to repaint the area.I went to multiple places and then I came across this place. They assessed and the owner took time to resolve the issue right away while they were extremely busy.I would highly recommend this place and of course I will be back for all my car repair needs.

I'd like to give them a better rating as they were able to get my vehicle in more quickly than originally quoted, and they were friendly, but the quality of the work and their inability to respond to emails or follow up after I returned makes that impossible. I dealt with Jag, the manager (owner?) and he helped me get an earlier appointment, but once I picked up my vehicle, it was explained that moisture in the fog light should go away, but if it didn't I should return and Jag would contact ICBC to get approval to order the correct parts. I returned three weeks later, but Jag wasn't there. Someone else wanted to take the light apart to see what was wrong, I explained what Jag had told me, and he said okay; assuming he would let Jag know, and the process would begin. Three more weeks later, and I've heard nothing. I don't have time to continue to return to the shop, so perhaps this is the only way to get this bodywork corrected?

Great experience in the shop! The workers are very nice and genuine especially the owner Jagder. When my car got hit, they gave me advice on how to approach the situation and broke down all the cost. It made me feel like they genuinely cared and wanted to help! At the end my car was fixed properly! So If you want a fair price or just a professional advice in times of need, definitely come to this place!

Excellent service! Got my front bumper replaced within one day. Finished the job with a squeaky clean car wash as well! Would highly recommend. Thank you Jag and team!
