Uncle Wiener's Wholesale

I purchased a bike from here today and found the customer service extremely poor. I was informed they would put my bike together for an additional $50 fee, if I choose to put it together its final sale. I agreed to pay the fee, and have them build the bike for me. After paying the $50 they wound up selling me one they already had in the back which they showed me the previous day, but still charged me the fee to put it together. In addition to this, they informed me AFTER I paid for the whole thing that they do not accept cash returns, it's in store credit only. This is something I feel should have been explained to me before hand, not after it was paid for. Already I was feeling skeptical, and this made me more so. After all this now It was not built properly, the front wheel was not connected properly to the handles which made it impossible to turn. Meaning I nearly took my teeth out when I tried, I was lucky I was on a sidewalk not the road like I'd been planning. I brought it back and they fixed it for me. I have sent an email to Uncle Wieners, and if resolved may update this review. The bike overall is okay, but definitely not worth the $340 I paid for it. (Updated 1 year later - I've sent them several emails and have received no response - I've even gone in store the day after my purchase to try to return they refused. I had to take it to a bike repair shop, where they had to take most of it apart to put it back together for yet another fee I had to pay (reasonably as it's another company))

Called 5 times left 2 messages regarding an ad for ATV tires for sale. They claimed to have the sizes I needed. 3 weeks later, no call yet. Messaged them on their Facebook page, got a message back stating salesman will call right away. That was 2 weeks ago. Found a better deal for better quality tires, so in a roundabout way, thank you for saving me money. Looks like a well run organization that truly works for your business! /Sarcasm/

Went to the store and bought a safe! Brough it home and when I returned Tracy had no problem giving me a refund and let me replace it for a better one! Aside from that lots of great deals and they regularly get new stock

Russian was super helpful and he put upwith all my questions with great answers

Find a lot of useful items,very good price,a girl named Traci helped me a lot,she is so patient and friendly,thank you very much,feel very comfortable in this shop.

Good prices on some items...dont bother calling and having units put aside....called and emailed for a 10x10 tent and had a confirmation that it was in and put aside for me. Drove 2 hours to pick up and they didn't have it or have any idea what I was talking about. They didn't even have 10x10 on hand...same for fat bikes. Called a few times to see if they have them in...they took my name and never called back...guess what they were in stock....I wanted to see one but they did not want to ...I had to buy it first.....not realy carring about clients more in for the money's

I drove here to buy an item that was advertised on Kijiji just a day before and I looked all over the store and could not find it then I asked where it was and a man went to go check in the warehouse and told me it’s not there. Wasted an hour of my time driving here and gas for nothing. They wouldn’t even offer to order it and ship it to my home to make things right. Next time don’t make a fresh advertisement the day before saying you have something in stock when you didn’t even get the item.

Went down three week in a row, was told each time that the product was on the way. The third week they were special ordered and said would be on the next truck, called two weeks later and no one knows anything, say not available but was promised they would be here. They do not know what’s going on, no communication. Very disappointed
