Albert's Family Restaurant
An old standard. Used to come on weekends when I was working not far away.It's been renovated and it's nice and clean like always, the wait staff are friendly as heck and efficient - your coffee will almost never go empty here.Food is good. Nothing real fancy but breakfast done well.And fast - got stuff to do today and we were in and out quick. That's an always too....from order to food on the table is real quick.Nice to see that besides the reno - not much has changed, and that's a good thing.......

Although my order was wrong the service was friendly and fast. Prices are fair. Food was ok. Coffee was good. May need too renovate this restaurant soon as floor is lifting. Chairs are taped.

Nice to be able to sit and enjoy a quite breakfast again. People are slowly going back to the old ways of being able to go to a restaurant.Staff friendly and professional very helpful.Went for a mixed grill and enjoyed every bite portions are a perfect size.Would certainly go back here next time in Edmonton.

Great service, friendly staff and the food was incredible. French Toast was super good and the potato pancakes are also very odd but incredible and fried crispy. Price is super cheap, would happily go back!

On Mother's Day my brother's and I took our mom for brunch to celebrate. We walked in and although the restaurant was near full capacity we were greeted and seated within 5 minutes and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our coffee's were hot and fresh and the food was delicious.I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

This is an old fashioned place. Thw food was good. But the jewel is the service. Prompt, efficient and friendly without the affection of friendship that is so phoney. The server doesn't tell you her name and says she's there to help you. The relationship is tacitly understood. There is no hovering, no one one third of my age called us guys, no asking you how it's tasting the moment you put the first bite into your mouth, no one asks you what your plans for the day are as you pay. Such feigned interest and contrived friendship is so annoying but not here. It's real. I tried to go back for dinner but they close at 3pm. Otherwise I'd be there twice a day while I'm in Edmonton.
