Urvashi is lovely! I initially went in to get my ears pierced as it's been over a year that one side of it closed. She made sure to check both ears if the piercing hole existed or not and then accordingly measured and pierced that one side needed.I also booked a 24k facial as she recommended that there was a great deal! It was great!! I am so glad I booked this facial as my face majorly needed a cleansing and exfoliation. Urvashi really made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I loved how she did a hand & feet massage with cleansing as well as including the hot stone back massage. She was very gentle doing my facial and explained what she was using and how the products would make a difference to my face.It was all wonderful! I highly recommend Urvashi :)

Rashmi did a great job with my eyebrows! I tend to shy away from getting them threaded because they usually end up too thin but she made sure that I ended up with the exact shape that I wanted.

10/10, would definitely recommend this place.I come here primarily for waxing, Rashmi makes you feel so comfortable and does a brilliant job of it. She is professional, friendly and polite. She takes her time and reviews her work. The way she carefully did my waxing, and made sure I was comfortable at every step, is the reason I will be coming back here again!

Rashmi is fantastic.I had my eye brows threaded and a vitamin-c facial. Skin visibly looks better after the facial. Rashmi was very accommodating and kind.Super happy, definitely coming back!

I was completely surprise with my results and the facial was completely relaxing as well. I rebooked to see her again! I will recommend both services!
