Generally good and polite service. Work is done on time. Reasonably priced. I have been going there for years for changing tires. On two occasions, they installed my winter tires with the wrong rotation direction. The second time was not too long ago. I got no apology for the mistake but they promptly rectified the problem. Now, I always verify their work before driving away. Finally, it would be nice if the mechanics wipe their hands before getting in my car.

If i can rate below zero i would.I went to this place because i had a flat tire that needed to be changed during July 2019. I discovered that they gave me back another tire lock for somebody else and not for my Mercedes Benz. Unfortunately i knew about it now when im changing to winter tires. What if i had to change my tire in a highway ? It would have been impossible with this lock they gave me. I called them to see whats their answer and they said come back and they will try to find it for me. What a waste of money, time and effort.End of story i ordered a new lock from Mercedes Benz and had to pay $80 for that. Ill make them pay the bill or probably sue them in the consumer protection. Dont GO to this place. AVOID it by ALL means.

I generally don’t give bad reviews because I believe in having positive intentions for every business. Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with this specific Point S garage.Where to begin.... on October 8th I had called Point S in La Prairie to schedule an appointment for my tires to be changed for the winter season. I was immediately informed that they’re unfortunately not taking anymore appointments. That being said, the receptionist told me that if I bring my car into the garage between 7:30am and 9:00am on October 9th and leave my car at the garage for the ENTIRE day, they would be able to install my tires. I agreed and proceeded to give all the requested information for their records as it was going to be my first time at this garage. Now keep in kind, I had to make the necessary arrangements to have someone drive me to and from the garage. The receptionist at the garage said they will get to my car as soon as they have someone available to do my tires and that they will call me on the phone number provided once completed.NOW! 3:30PM strolls along and I have yet to receive a call and the garage closes at 6:00PM. I give the garage a call and I ask them if my car is ready and the receptionist says “no sir, not yet but we shall do it soon and we will call you as soon as your car is ready.” Ok great!Now it’s 5:40PM and I still haven’t received a call. I ask for a lift to the garage and to my surprise(not surprised all all btw) my car WASN’T even looked at! Now I get it, garages become busy especially at this time of year and there are a lot of customers wanting to have their cars serviced. But come on! Don’t take cars if you know you won’t have time to even do a simple tire change. The man who I believed to be the manager at this establishment asked me if I had an appointment and I said that I called and was told that if I bring my car in between 7:30am and 9:00 my tires would be done and he went on to say that there is and I quote “no guarantee that we would do them!”First Off, if I had known that would be the case then I wouldn’t have wasted my time making arrangements for lifts and moving my schedule around to MAYBE have my tires changed.... It’s an absolute joke.Now the worst part about this story, it was 5:40 when I showed up at the garage. The garage closes at 6:00pm, so what? Were they not going to even call me to tell me to pick up my car? Or were they just going to keep my car overnight? Lol anyway, I was super annoyed but what are you going to do about it? They clearly don’t pride themselves on service. I shall not be returning to this garage.In the end, immediately upon leaving Point S I called Canadian Tire in DIX 30 and was able to make an appointment for October 10th at 2:00PM. I arrived at Canadian tire, they took my car right away and changed my tires in 25 minutes! Now that’s service. The end, hopefully my experience here will help others not make the same mistake I made.
