Brant County Ford Sales

Gord (salesperson) was the best car salesperson I have ever experienced ever . No pressure , knowledgeable and a great guy. I went to a GMC Cadillac dealer close by ... Not going to name names but the sales person there did not want to sell me a truck or anything he told me to come back in three weeks .....so I went and saw Gord at Brant county Ford and I got my truck!

I didn't buy my vehicle from this dealer but had it serviced here many times. Unfortunately, after purchasing a new 2021 Ford Escape sel vehicle, with a tech and stealth package, I've had nothing but problems with it. Even worse, this dealership had to attempt repairs several times(+10) after unsuccessful attempts. What's even worse than that, if possible, Is Many times I brought it in, they told me the problem I was complaining about was fixed, just to find out it's still there. Just pathetic. I had no choice but to get Ford Canada involved with such poor service from the service manager, advisor, and technicians. Ford Canada needed to send one of their specialists in to the dealer to help, and it took him 2 tries before finally mostly fixing the main issue. It was a loud flapping sound coming from the rear cargo area due to some pressure issue, which had them stumped for weeks. It got louder as speed increased. They provided me a rental because of Ford Canada. The dealer tried to only provide the rental for a few days, but Ford canada allowed it for the entire time of the repairs, which seemed like over a month altogether. Don't get your car serviced here. Don't buy a car from here, and definitely avoid Ford altogether. While under warranty, it seems multiple dealers I've been to are simply interested in putting a quick bandaid on the issue and hope it makes it until the end of the warranty. Very unhappy with the dealers. Ford Canada is reasonable with customer service, but they need better quality products and more quality control. Also. Their service managers need to be reviewed and technicians need more education and experience. I can't imagine myself ever buying another Ford even though Ford Canada offered me an extended warranty because of all the problems. It just seems like 1 issue after the next. Pay the extra money and get something nicer. You won't regret it. I'm now on my 3rd battery and the advisor from another dealer is trying to say, maybe nothing he can do? Like give me a break. Fix the car and do your job or don't bother selling cars and attempting the fix them in the first place. The service manager from the brant county has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced and by the end of the repairs at the dealer

I was excited about getting a new Maverick after having bought my last vehicle from here. However it turned into a 14 month disaster as dealer put blame on Ford Canada and eventually told me that they were cancelling my order. Multiple complaints to the salesperson Chris Lye, manager Dan and even Ford Canada who said they were unable to help.
