I am going to keep this review short. Beware!!..Check the work you have done here immediately afterwards. We had repairs done here a year ago. When we picked it up things weren't put back together as they should. We had a tune up and carbs cleaned supposedly. The boat sat for a year, we went to take the boat out this year and couldn't get it started. Husband opened up the outboard and the carbs were all gunked up, never done...we had $1500 worth of repairs, including the hydraulic steering which we can't check because the engine now won't start. We wish we had checked their work sooner, so beware of this shop.

Everything I have heard about T and H Marine was true. They are fast,Reasonably priced and professional. The owner kept me updated with the repairs and was upfront and Honest with every move with no pressure to fix anything else. T and H Marine will definitely keep my business all off these bad reviews are people just trying to get over/free labor or don't understand humans make mistakes its what they do after should be what counts.

Quick turn around because he did half the work listed on my receipt. My boat was leaking after he had it. Told me 2 weeks till he could even look at it. So I tore it apart myself.Outdrive gaskets and O rings were not replaced, old grease nothing new. Driveline and u joints were supposedly greased and inspected. Nope. Each U joint took 7 pumps and the splines had old dried up grease on them still.I did the repair I paid him to do.Took pictures of all this BS of course.Called and left him a polite message informing him I need a call back to resolve this issue. After days, he has not returned the call. I have tried calling again. No answer.Pretty sure he just gut busted.Do NOT trust this shop with your boat. If it's work you can't see. They simply just won't do it and charge you anyways.

HORRIBLE quality. Traded for a motor he had on hand, promised numerous completion dates and I ended up doing my own repo to get it back. Motor still didn’t run right and forced to repair it on my own. He needed a part off of one of my motors for it but he ended up not needing it. However he helped himself to all the other electronics off it and gave it back to me with missing hardware and parts. 10/10 do not recommend. Not even if I was desperate.

Just picked up a 68 boston whaler from Tyler. Let me say the experience was fantastic. He and the team went above and beyond on getting me out the door. Very knowledgeable. And no funny business. I drove down from Tacoma to pick up the boat it was exactly as advertised. And she rips.

Excuses and diversions, many broken promises. Had my boat for 8 months after promising a 3 day repair. Took it in for a fast idle issue, after 8 months and $3000 the engine struggled to hit 15 mph. I have all the texts and some video for terrible communication and broken promises. Place is a dump inside and out. Constantly blamed everyone and everything for his inability to fix the motor and never once admitted that he simply could not fix it. Boat was returned with missing gas tank for trolling motor, fender caddy broken, boat in filthy condition. Melted wiring on engine that was NOT melted when I took it in. Beware, when he won't discuss the status today but promises to call tomorrow at 9 am, it simply means he's not working on it...no call is coming. At no time did I ever receive back any old parts that were supposedly replaced.

I’ve had a few mechanics try to fix my 77 Johnson. Most places won’t touch them. The last guy I had work on it put on the wrong lower end. It was a real headache because of the year of the motor. The motor runs better than it ever has.T&H took it in and knew immediately what needed to be done. He is incredibly knowledgeable and works quickly and always kept me in the loop.I’d give them a 6 star if I could. I don’t know why all these other people are trash talking. Maybe they just have unrealistic expectations and don’t know how to maintain an engine. Hands best boat mechanic.

My boat has been there for 2 years. They won't finish it, it sat outside uncovered for a winter even after I bought the cover and offered to put it on. The carpets are all greasy from working on the boat, other damage has happened in there care,They told me on July 21st 2021 it would be ready the next week, it's now October 2022 still not done. It goes on and on

I went here after reading the reviews online last fall before winter... I was hopeful that I too would be pleased. I called the night prior and asked if they could fit me in tomorrow. The guy on the phone was nice and said yes
