Very happy with the service I received here. I dropped a Miele vacuum under warranty off, I had no issues whatsoever with them doing the repairs as warranty work and the drop off was quick and easy. They happened to have the right replacement motor in stock, so my vacuum was repaired and ready for pick up the next day. Pick up again was no muss, no fuss, and the person I dealt with was polite and friendly. Store was clean, well organized and I'd definitely come here again for repairs or for a new vacuum.

AAA Vacuum installed a new vacuum cleaner on May 4th, 2023. I contacted the company on May 5th to ask if they accept etransfer payments and the person who answered the phone said yes and gave me an email address to use. I etransfered the exact amount immediately. Two days later Frank, from AAA Vacuum, called to ask for payment and I told him I etransfered the funds. I then checked online and noticed “auto deposit failed” and there was no option to delete the transaction. I called Frank, and he said I should not have etransfered the funds because they do not accept etransfers. I reminded him that he told me to do so. The money was out of my account, and I told him they have to wait for me to get the funds back into my account before I pay them again. After all, I followed their instructions to make the payment. He continued to badger my husband about payment for days. We told him that, although our bank manager agreed to expedite the process, he ultimately said that it could take 15-30 days for the funds to be returned to my account and I forwarded Frank this email. He demanded to speak with the bank manager who of course declined to speak with him due to privacy law considerations. Then, instead of taking responsibility for the error he made, on May 17th he decided to use a credit card of ours he had on hand to process the payment once again. The chutzpa that it took for you to process this payment on a credit card you had no authority to use (considering that you were at fault) is incomprehensible. It’s not that I was late in making my payment. I called you the day after the service was performed to make payment. For 12 days, you harassed us, you bullied us and you made demands that were unlawful. As a business, taking responsibility for mistakes is integral to the customer experience and ultimately your reputation. You have failed miserably on this front. The behaviour of your company has been nothing short of appalling and the public has a right to know how you treat your customers.

I have been a customer for several years and this store always provides excellent customer service. Both Jim and Frank are very personable and knowledgeable and take the time to ensure you are getting the unit that best meets your needs without over-selling which is why I always send my family & friends. The store is organized, they have a great selection and anytime I have my unit serviced it is done in a timely manner. Highly recommend AAA for all your vacuum needs and proud to support a small business in the community!

We had a great experience with AAA Vacuum, especially Gino's support was excellent.

If I could give no stars I would. Guy on the phone didn't want to discuss anything I had to say. Asked me to put it in an email. I had explained my issue and had a model number of the vacuum and parts on hand. I was looking to purchase a part only. Guy insisted I bring the entire hose to his store to troubleshoot. Very condescending and rude individual. I will let Husky know how this authorized" dealer treats customers. Be aware and look for a business that actually wants to speak with you without an attitude. Stay away!"

We bought an Electrolux vacuum about 4 years ago. Recently the motor burned out. We reached out to AAA Vacuum Superstore for repairs. Frank ensured that it was covered by the warranty, and even though replacement motors are scarce, he managed to source one for us. Arsam, their technician was extremely professional when reinstalling it and ensured that all the pipes and outlets were working properly.Their responsiveness and customer service was exemplary. I highly recommend them based on their service and integrity.
