Flowers were beautiful, not the customer service. I spent over $100 the morning before Mother's Day and the woman who was supposed to be helping me was rude. arrogant and not at all helpful. I asked her to replace a rose in one arrangement because it was discolored on the edges and she replaced it with an equally discolored rose.

The lady at A New Leaf made the most beautiful dried wreath for my mother-in-law's funeral, and the customer service was excellent as well. I definitely recommend this florist.

Made online order from out-of-state. They delivered vase to recipient at hospital. Recipient raved about quality of roses and received multiple compliments. Competitive prices. Will become my new goto florist in Plattsburgh.

I highly recommend this florist. I called last minute for a delivery, and within 2 hours of the phone call the arrangement was completed and delivered. I am very impressed with the service and the prices.

Needed last minute sunflower bouquet for my friend. Called floral shops from Malone to Plattsburgh and everywhere in between and everyone was sold out except A New Leaf, very accommodating and very decent selection despite it being the day before Valentine's day and being very last minute but she didn't disappoint. We paired the sunflowers with red carnations and baby's breath to make a stunning display. If I ever need flowers again I know where I'll be going! 5/5 stars.

A New Leaf Flowers & Gifts
Its Monday night the day after mother's day. Already 3 of 4 sunflowers totally dead. Roses starting fast also, 1 gone already. Super bummed, I was hoping for a good new florist, this isn't it.
