Lady was really rude I saw on Pinterest a prank call idea to call and say when is the next rain coming as it’s subway and there are subway trains so I called this one and after I said it she said to get off what I’m on that this is a subway not a train station lady could not take a joke I called I different one before and the man who answered it played along saying around noon please choose different subway

This is a small little Subway in a small town. This place was clean and nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. One in particular had a nice conversation with my family and I while still making the sandwiches in a very efficient manner. I would definitely recommend comming here to eat.

Very expensive better off buying your own ingredients making it yourself just got 2 sandwiches weren't bad but the young girl sure must be having a bad day because she was very unfriendly

We have only been to this Subway twice when working in Lake Cowichan, ordered a meat ball and charged us extra for vegetables because it wasn’t on the sub, I ordered a Supremo and wanted to charge me extra for different cheese, pop is watered down, really hot in the restaurant and slow service. Feels like they are cutting corners, haven’t had this at any other subway

This subway has been a disappointment after disappointment, over the months of covid, we have ordered online many times. Each time our order is wrong. And not just a little thing here and there, but very wrong, missing whole subs, chips, beverages, etc. Each time we leave feedback to the restaurant in their surveys but nothing changes, no compensation is given for messing our order up ever. They have lost us as customers finally today. I will be telling everyone I know to not waste their time here.

Food is always great at Subway but this location tries to cut back so bad on vegetables.Lady doing my sandwich tried to tell me how much mayo I should have.One lady in the back (kinda looked and acted like owner) responded to one worker (when asked to help next customer) the customer can wait go get the bread out 1st. There was 4 of them working there. No reason the customer had to wait 5 minutes when 1 was serving us and the other 3 were not busy.Bad franchise owner.

Been bad for the 10 years I’ve lived at the lake. Bad customer service, warm vegetables, over charging for vegetables, not wearing gloves, slow or poorly trained workers, the list goes on
