I have been seeing Dr. Woodburn for a very long time now. He is knowledgeable, friendly and actually cares about his patients and their well-being!! He is one of the only doctors that I have ever met that advocates for his patients to get the treatments that they need. Kudos to you Dr. Woodburn, you are a true credit to your profession and all others should strive to be even half the doctor you are!

Best Doctor, worst administration. It takes 2-3 weeks to book your appointment, that sometimes gets cancelled last minute and you have to rebook. Another 2-3 weeks. You can’t leave any kind of message as you can never get through. In this modern age it is terrible customer service to have this antiquated phone/message system.

You cannot, and I mean under (almost) any circumstances, talk with a person at reception. You can call every five minutes of the day and nobody will pick up that phone. Which is an issue because often people at reception are dealing with client files, helping organize prescriptions/problem solving, and doing office paperwork.

It is near to impossible to reach this office. The lines are either always busy, or they are on a 1.5 hour lunch break, or they are closed. They do not have regular hours to match what is posted online, or on their site. They seem to close at noon on days they are listed as being open until 4:30pm. Prescriptions for the pharmacy just sit in boxes at the office, not being addressed until days later, if you don't follow up. So frustrated.

Dr. Janicki has been our family doctor for about 8 years and him and his staff have always come through for us. Recently, I had an illness and Dr. Janicki was booked up and another doctor in his practice was able to see me last minute. Even though I am not his patient, Dr. Woodburn took me on short notice and provided me with 1st class medical care. The whole crew at Feltham Medical clinic gets 5 stars from me.

Dr Robert, Thaddeus, Janicki is one of the finest doctors one could possibly hope to have. Very professional, excellent bedside manner, accurate diagnosis of ailments/conditions and very pleasant sense of humour as well. It is my contention that Dr. Janicki and his polite, accomodating staff will never let a patient go without proper treatment always in a timely manner. Over 25 years as a patient and just grateful to have received the benefits of superior health care from his offices. Should be commended on so many levels of expertise and skill(s). Completely useless when it comes to answering phones. No patient should have to try and call over 100 times to get through. This is not good care and is very distressing for many patients. As someone who works in the healthcare field i am fully aware of the challenges that it has but this has been a problem for years. Be better.
