Messed up store. Few use gloves touching everything including the til than touching your food. Managers are good with that. As they say nothing to them. Witness this. Disgusting. Health Board will be notified. As I looked their names. Those young east Indian females.

Usually okay location for quick order with generally nice staff but today the older lady at the cash register was giving me dirty looks after they messed up my order. She had serious attitude problem. Otherwise I would have rated 3 stars for ok parking, quick service, great hot coffee and a decent selection although usually don't have everything on the menu that you might want.Wheelchair accessibleGass station Tims is okay.If you're having a bad day don't take it out on someone else and make their day worsen. I paid for it ,give me that!

Very interesting that the lattes go on sale for 2 dollars and both Tim's in a 1 block radius latte machine breaks

Timhortons located inside Esso gas station. Drive through service also found to be quick. Nice place to fill gas and have a quick bite. Washrooms found reasonably clean.

Finished a complete renovation but failed address the insect issue. Staff are slow and distracted, tonite staff member sat on phone looking at me while waiting to be severed for 10mins.

I walked into this store this morning at 6:45am before work. I stood there and was not acknowledged. I waited five minutes for someone to at least greet me. There were two guys working and they both ignored me. One guy came past me and got a donut for the drive through and didn’t say anything and went back to the side. When I arrived they were giving two guys who came though the back door coffees. There was no one else in the place waiting to order but myself. This was very rude and disappointing and I will never go here again. I would not recommend anyone go here either with this lack of service. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of these people they hired to work here.

I started coming here on my commute maybe 6 months ago, service and food was great. In the past two months I've noticed a change in quality and service. First bad experience was waiting in line inside. I waited a few minutes to get my order in which was fine but then I watched the ticker on their screen show my order count up to 7 minutes for a coffee and BELT. After the 7 minutes the girl making the sandwich said sorry we have no lettuce or tomatoes

This store is absolutely amazing. The school around the corner makes it so busy during lunch hours but they do very well. We got food in time, they fixed our order when it was wrong once with no complaints. With how many kids show up at once, this store is 10/10 handles it very well. They were very kind to us despite having 20+ kids ordering and waiting.
