Great store.... Charlie got my husband all set up with newer equipment (he was still running on antiquated Karaoke equipment) and helped him with everything he needed to know. His service was exceptional.

These guys were so great. They got me set up and ready to go. Unfortunately all of the music was stolen when my laptop was stolen. But it doesn't negate the fact that the people ikaraoke Canada are fantastic people and will bend over backwards for you. They are go the extra mile type of people. A very good company. They said they would help me retrieve the songs. But I never heard from them :-( I am taking away from 5 Stars. They just never got back to me it's very sad it said it was for life, guaranteed I would have the 40,000 songs very sad

I have had the pleasure of buying some equipment from here and I have never been more impressed with the level of help i received. I would recommend this little but mighty shop to anyone who is looking to rent/buy/get info/ or just go in to learn. The staff are amazing and I couldn't have found a better place to get my gear from!I live a 4 hour drive away and was willing to drive the distance to get the level of care i got from this shop! It is worth the drive to London to shop here!Thanks Guys!
