I’ve been hearing great reviews about this salon for quite a while( through friends , coworkers) and I finally decided to come here to check it out. There are 3 things that I look for when I go to salons. Amazing customer services and how long my manicure can last, how clean the salon is. Serena Nails Spa definitely meets those criterial! Kate is super professional- sweet. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the salon with bright smiles on her face.This salon is super convenient for me since I work at Lahey Hospital and it’s really easy to get to! My manicure is last almost 4 weeks by Lily and my pedicure was done by Nancy. She is also very details.I’m highly recommended this salon if you are looking for a new salon comes with quality.

I got gel x and within 3 days of having them done they popped off one by one. The owner was extremely rude and even admitted to the nails not being properly cured. I was refused a refund so I had to call my credit card company to file a dispute on the charge. Paying 90$ to get your nails done should not result in them falling off within days.

Loved this place! Booked the day of and staff was really nice. Cute salon with everything really well organized! Nancy did my nails based off of the picture I showed her and they came out exactly how I wanted.

Great place for a pedicure. They really know how to treat the feet. Very open and clean location with friendly staff. Check them out. They always seem to fit me in.

This is only place that I would drive almost an hour to get my nails done every three weeks. They are very friendly, talent, details. The salon is very clean & organized. The white background color definitely makes the place looking very good.

This place is wonderful! They remove gel and dip the right way, without filing off and damaging your natural nail bed. I've been looking for a place that does it this way! It takes longer, but I don't want my nails to be thin and damaged and their removal method helps a lot! They did a fantastic job with my dip color and were very detail oriented. The color selection is great, and the salon is clean and tidy. I will absolutely be back.

Literally the best service ever. I came in with my sister today. She got gel and i got acrylics with teal tips. The ladies were so unbelievably kind and they made our nails SO beautiful. Amazing work fr best nails I’ve ever gotten in my life!!

I WAS OVER CHARGED!!! This place is very clean and staff are welcoming. However, they quoted $55 on their website and as you walk into the salon, for a full set of acrylics. I got plain white polish short length no gems very basic and I was charged $70! No previous mention of the up charge or any reason why. I didn’t have the time to heckle with price as my tech was already 45 minutes late for my SCHEDULED appointment and I had other obligations for the day. Very disappointed doesn’t cover how this makes me feel and how my nails didn’t even stay on for a week… not at all happy. Also when shaping my nails I asked for coffin shape. The woman doing my nails over filed one side already lifting up the nail. I didn’t realize this until I left and got home. I live over an hour away in the deep woods of New Hampshire. Will not being going back. Very dissatisfied.
