The office is professional and efficient. A well oiled machine. Staff are friendly and very informative. Dr Loo has done invisiline for one of our children already and now it’s my turn. Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff and Dr Loo. Our youngest will be next in line once he’s ready.

Excellent service! This was our first visit and Dr. Loo and her team were so nice and friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable. It's a smooth operation that feels like family too. I had my own work done as an adult and now 2 of my sons are there. Even though you have people fussing with your teeth and hands in your mouth, you kinda look forward to the appointments :)

Dr Loo did a great job straightening our daughter’s teeth. She always explained options clearly and her staff is always kind and efficient. After our daughter’s neck surgery Dr Loo took great interest in her condition and recovery, and continues to evaluate her bite changes. We are very grateful!
