Kevin was awesome for us. He was able to adjust his schedule to fit us in with less than 24 hours notice to perform an inspection in a busy housing market. When we pulled up 10 minutes early to prep for the inspection, Kevin was already there and getting to work on the roof! He worked thoroughly and efficiently and explained everything in depth for us two first-time home buyers. His report was extremely detailed with photographs of all the things we talked about during the inspection. He also had recommendations to give us for contractors on any repairs or fixes we would need in the future. Very thankful to have worked with Kevin and will definitely call on him again for next time!

I called Kevin last week Thursday, and explained to him I only had 10 days to get in an inspection on the home my wife and I are buying. He came Monday and did the inspection which was perfect. I then was a little overwhelmed by how big the inspection report was, but man was that thing detailed. I sent it off to my builder to also take a look at the inspection and he was also very impressed with the detail of the report. I will be using kevin with any future inspections that’s for sure.
