My daughter and I are new to KW and we just LOVE this store. The staff has been wonderful. I have been able to find many products I was looking for, as well as new ones and they ordered some 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide that I was searching for. THANK YOU for your kind service and I look forward to my next visit to your wonderful store.

Seems to have an improved selection and variety over the old Kitchen Cupboard. Help is good during the day.Evening staff are inexperienced, clueless and not helpful at all. I don't get out to this spot often and it's disappointing to receive little help in the evenings when I do have time to shop.

Always out of goat milk, been in numerous times and called numerous times and again today. Went in looking for a specific product and instead of seeing if it could be ordered the staff sent me elsewhere. The owners are very nice, but the staff are of no help and quick to brush you off. I will not be stopping in anymore if they are just going to send me to bulk barn.

Standing up for our local Small Business Owners - If we want to preserve our local small business owners we need to consider the following - Chelsea Market just relocated in the last 3 months...while Loblaws just hires a ton of professionals to handle A-Z, Chelsea owners had to burn the candle at both ends and elbow grease it through...just like every small business owner. I heard that one overzealous City of Kitchener permit office gave them days of unnecessary grief and plenty of extra cost! While we can't just expect unsatisfactory service from small businesses, we can understand why an online order may be lost or not replied to from time to time...there are so many behind the scenes challenges that Loblaws can just hire 10 people to handle and a small bus. owner cannot.Bottom line, we cannot have it both ways. We cannot say we want shop local

A very nice place with a good selection of organic teas (oolong, green, herbal, matcha, etc), supplements, sauces. There is currenly a 60% off sale on most items! I left with a whole bag worth of goods and paid less than $17 (with tax)!Highly recommend checking out this place!

Chelsea Market on King West is exactly what we needed in this area: somewhere nearby to run out and get a snack, or a drink, or a ready to go lunch in between meetings. The store has a good selection of chips, cookies, bulk snacks, drinks, vegan and organic products, teas, kombuchas, etc. There are also lots of natural health supplements and products.

Great selection but highly over priced. I understand paying more for the good stuff hence why I came there but their prices are even higher than other small health food stores. The staff is friendly and kind. Also every product I looked at was expired. Expired to the point of September 2019.

Really cool selection of supplements, prepared and frozen foods, baked goods, and even some produce.

Nothing annoys me more than driving to a store and finding out their posted hours aren't accurate. According to everything I could see the summer hours are 12-5 on Sunday. At 1:46pm the store is closed. There's no sign up saying the hours changed due to the holiday tomorrow and nothing on Facebook or their website.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! i have just spent the last month attempting and failing to get into contact with someone to check the status of the order i paid for and find out why it had not yet shipped. i received no communication whatsoever from them after i continually voiced concerns over the order. i do not believe they have anyone monitoring the online store or the orders they receive from it and only got my money back by escalating the issue to a paypal claim. i would not advise ordering from them or recommend supporting a business with nonexistent customer service
