Amazing!!!! Landon was super kind and helpful. I was calling in to inquire about a broken cord for my sons oculus, he was very efficient in helping me order a new one. He also gave me some tips that my son can try in the meantime!!!!! :)

Memory Express Computers Victoria
I recently made my first custom build computer & went through Memory Express (Mem.Ex) Victoria for the bulk of the parts. Not only did I find Mem.Ex's website to be more informative and easier to use than their competitors, but the staff was helpful, friendly, and great to deal with. Ryker Tong was especially helpful. They flashed the bios & tested the CPU/RAM/Motherboard for me so when I got home it was pretty much a plug 'n play build (great for a first timer & preferable to the mail order option). Ryker also helped me get everything out to my car, which was great. I shouldn't have more PC needs for years with this build, but I'll definitely think of them if the need comes up!

Memory Express is a hidden gem in Victoria. I highly recommend checking out Memory Express for computer products and services before you head to the big box stores like Best Buy. I am always impressed by their amazing personalized service!

took my rats nest of a new build with a 4080 and made it pretty. Landon was outstandingly helpful for the whole process along with the rest of the crew in deciding the best parts for my usage (mostly sims and graphic intensive games.) In addition, the price match guarantee allowed for me to freely browse and know I'm not getting a jacked up price in this era of horrid inflation and crazy pricing.

I can't speak highly enough of Memory Express. Our family goes to them for all of our PC gaming needs and they have been extremely helpful, professional, and provide excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about anything computer related and are an excellent resource for the community.

I've been a regular, happy customer of Memory Express from the day they opened their doors in Calgary's NE to today. I'm sure I've spent many thousands of dollars in this business over the years.The Victoria service department is horrible and doesn't live up to even minimum expectations. Finding out that 4 to 5 business days really means whenever they get to it as long as no priority jobs come in bumping it further down the repair queue. In my case, it turned in to 8 business days and counting.If you're eager to have your computer repaired and returned in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Memory express will result in wasted time and frustration.Sorry to say but since I now live in Victoria, Memory Express in no longer a viable option for computer repair or purchase.

Honestly pretty fantastic.In store you expect to cost a ton more than online, but they made price matching easy (took the price to about 4% over online, from a starting point of about 11% over online).Obviously you can then go get the items immediately, have the choice to pay for an in store warranty (I never would normally on other items, but wanted to buy my PC in store specifically so I could), and you can call them for advice (I had conflicting instructions and wanted to confirm my build).I kinda mentally committed to building it myself but in hindsight the $50 to have them build it would have definitely been worth it.Oh and they increased my discount. If you buy on thursday and take your receipt in on Friday they'll price match the new deals and refund you any extra discounts (you keep previous discounts where they're better).Helpful friendly good etc, and i didn't have to give any money to BezosMaybe only complaint is that they were too polite, I thought I might get away without a massive CPU heatsink and they didn't outright call me an idiot, not a huge problem I'll just install one now.

I encountered excellent customer service here. All the staff were friendly.I called in an evening and explained my problem and was patiently listened to by Wesley. The following day I brought my computer in and both Wesley and Scott hand held me through the process of restoring it to order. The charges for the parts were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.[I wasn't the only customer that was well taken care of, I observed them taking good care of an elderly couple in front of me.]
